Vacation rentals with a patio in Chester

House was exactly what we needed for 7 people looking to ride snowmobiles. Accommodations were great and you have a grocery store and restaurant within walking distance.

Second time we have stayed at this location with Ivy and would do so again. Easy access to many places in the Bangor/Orono/Bar Harbor area. House has great amenities and hosts are superb.

We were in town for a graduation so that’s all we really did but Reed’s place was perfect for us. Very clean and all in good condition, easy to find, parking, responsive and friendly host. Having the convenience store below was only a bonus, no downside. Little deck on back to enjoy the river was also a bonus. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Reed!

I loved Shelby's place! Easy to get to, easy to get in, super comfortable bed (and pillows!), soft huge towels. I really felt at home. Everything was clean and easy to find. We had a really nice time in Maine, Shelby gave us some great recommendations (the food was so good!), and she was super responsive whenever we had a question or anything. Definitely going to stay at Shelby's when we visit Orono again.

Great stay close to everything you need in Bangor. Everything you need for a comfortable night, or multiple as was our case. Everything was as described. Thanks for everything!

Keelan was a great host and space was as described. They were prompt in responding to every need and quick to resolve minor issues. The space is new and fresh and is a quiet getaway yet close enough to Bangor and Brewer amenities. The only negative is that the couch is not very comfortable but that is likely due to it being a sleep sofa. Would be happy to stay there again.

Timothy’s place was an absolutely beautiful and peaceful place to stay! My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment, it was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had such a welcoming feel. The attention to detail was clear in every room, from the cozy furnishings to the thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The space was quiet, stylish, and well-equipped, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. If this were available for rent long-term, we’d move in without hesitation! Timothy was also a fantastic host, responsive, kind, and made everything super easy from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable retreat. Can’t wait to come back someday!

Jennifer is always an extremely responsive host the place is immaculate uncluttered, comfortable with a great view if I say too many nice things it’ll be booked all the time and I’ll never get to stay there again.

The perfect remote getaway for accessing the wilderness with amazing accommodations! Plenty of space for a group or family, with a full kitchen for eating in. There are plenty of fun trails around and the town nearby is wonderful and charming. I would recommend to anyone and would love to return!

It was a cute little house. Very close to the Maine Savings Amphitheater for the concert we went to! I would like to mention that there are planes and helicopters that go over the house throughout the night. If you don’t mind the noise, it’s a cute little area.

Everything was perfect — from the beautiful views to every detail inside, we could not be more happy with our stay! We loved watching the sunset from the fire pit and listening to the wildlife sounds after a fun day in Acadia. Thank you for such an incredible place to stay! We look forward to coming back!

I only have great things to say about our visit- the area was beautiful and peaceful while still close enough to grocery, restaurants, and activities. We felt at home right away with Ryan’s helpful recommendations and he was always available if we had questions or needed anything. We visited Acadia for a couple of days but other than that spent all our time enjoying the beautiful area by swimming, kayaking, fishing, and stargazing. The kitchen was well-equipped for us to cook and enjoy many meals and we were able to grill given the great weather we had. Easily the most attentive hosts I’ve had, thank you Ryan and Sharon for everything! We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Sarah went above and beyond for my fiancé and I. We stayed in her cabin for our anniversary and we were greeted by a lovely vase of flowers, s’mores fixings, and a beautiful card. Though we checked out June 2nd she made sure we had kayaks for our entire visit (only available starting June) and dry firewood! She was extremely kind and responsive. The property was stunning and matched the photos. We felt very much at home and will be staying again in the future! Thank you Sarah for letting us stay at your family camp!

Loved our stay at Loonhaven. It was very comfortable with everything we needed. The location is scenic on the pond and very convenient for entering Baxter SP as well as getting back to town. Enjoyed getting out on the pond with the provided kayak to see the loons and using the fire pit. We planned our trip kind of last minute and Debbie was accommodating to work out the timing. Would love to visit again.

Nick and Michelle are an exceptionally hospitable and generous couple who make guests feel very welcomed. The home is private and rustic but very clean. Nick and Michelle are extremely responsive and willing to accommodate as much or as little involvement in their daily farm lives as you wish. Being present during the goats’ kidding season was incredibly special and I helped with the care of six newborn goats. I hope to return someday.
