Guest Suite in Martinstown

Recently converted guest suite in a house situated in the middle of a picturesque village in Dorset. Private access through your own front door and set aside from the main house to ensure privacy. Private area outside for your use or you are welcome to explore the extensive gardens and woodland. Cooking facilities are limited but fridge, microwave, electric hob, toaster and kettle are supplied. Good food is served in the village pub a short stroll away. Dorchester town is a 10 minute drive.

Guests Favorite Coastal Cottage, walk to beach

Our cottage is on the southwest coastal path, a couple of minutes walk to the beach and sleeps 7. It's dog-friendly, free parking & ideally located to enjoy family holidays and watersports with safe beaches for swimming. Quiet tranquil area but near enough for each access to all the main attractions. Bedroom 3 can either be a king-size bed or set up as a twin with two single beds. NOTE: We allow dogs strictly by request only. The Ark is situated in a beautiful location with panoramic uninterrupted close views of the sea and less than a minutes walk of Eype beach. The property is ideal for walks along the South West Coastal Path in this designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Ark is a contemporary 2 bedroom cedar clad chalet set in a large open green space amongst other individually privately owned quirky beachside properties.
