Nicolas' house lived up to our expectations and had everything we needed. And what a nice view from the kitchen window. The city of Saintes is a good central point to visit this beautiful department.

Isabelle was extremely welcoming, available and accommodating upon arrival. The accommodation is ideally located in a peaceful setting and at the same time close to amenities. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. There was even enough to make a hearty breakfast, a charming touch. Isabelle took the time to explain the walks, restaurants, and must-sees of this beautiful island. We highly recommend this very nice host. We'll be happy to go back

We stayed 1 night in Olival with our two daughters who are 3 years and 9 months old. Olivier eh Valerie are very charming and their accommodation is very functional and welcoming. The outdoor space with the pool is nice.

It was a dream stay. We find a lovely home and the warmth of the hosts. Both Marie and her mother Nadine and her grandmother Jeanine were adorable, pending at all times, preparing us some exquisite breakfasts and opening their home and their hearts to us. The location, the house itself, everything was wonderful. A unique experience that we will repeat.

Excellent stay in an ideally located apartment with a great sea view. Breakfast in the sun on the terrace. Everything was perfect and Gérard is a very nice and very attentive host.

Arnaud is a very enthusiastic host. He met us on the street to help with our luggage and then showed us around his quirky apartment.Bourg is a hidden treasure - interesting history, good cafes & Thai restaurant, free on street parking and a short drive to St André de Cubzac for the fabulous short train journey to Bourdeaux St Jean. Make sure you buy a ticket before travelling - the charge for on board purchase is huge! Highly recommended.

What a place!... You can't dream better for a stay in Saintes. Marc and his wife are charming, very friendly, and available. The apartment is convenient, everything is there for a stay... Impeccable bedding (we slept like babies), very convenient bathroom, and the kitchen... oh la la, there is everything you need. No need to go to the restaurant!! Finally, if you pass through Saintes, don't look for accommodation, this is the place to go. 👍👍👍

We had a lovely stay at Corinne & Alain's. We were able to enjoy the dinner which was excellent and discuss the area with Corinne. The next morning Corinne was very helpful with the walking instructions and was able to meet us later to return a forgotten item. We highly recommend it!

The room is very nice and spacious, and matches the listing. The accommodation is very clean. The outdoor kitchen allows for an extra meal and brings a vacation touch, even though I was there for work! 😉I recommend staying with Alain and Irene.

A very large room perfectly equipped, bright and well decorated, toilet and shower room nearby, private entrance, parking space in the property for the car and in the garage for the bikes, delicious breakfast with fresh bread, butter and homemade jams... what more could you ask for? But above all, a warm and friendly welcome from Françoise, who cares about the well-being of her guests. An excellent stopover!

Franck is a thoughtful and very responsive host. The accommodation is a small peaceful haven where it's good to live even for one night. A hearty breakfast is served by Franck at the desired time and on your terrace when the weather permits. Thank you Franck for your warm welcome. I recommend this little slice of heaven a few kilometers from the ocean. I will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

our stay in Cerise room was just what we needed, a break from things in peaceful location, conveniently located close to La Rochelle, Ile d'oleron and Ile de Re. Thank you for the lovely homemade jams and yoghurt that came with our breakfast each morning.

Katja's house is in a very nice location, quiet, close enough to the center of Soulac and close to the ocean. The room is perfect and the bedding is very comfortable! Thanks Katja for hosting us!
