A large terrace overlooking the vineyard is also accessible to guests. A bioclimatic pergola allows you to relax in the hot tub all year round. A barrel sauna is also available on the terrace.

House located in the heart of the Loupiacais vineyard. Close to the Sauternais, very close to the pretty village of Cadillac. It will take you 30 minutes to reach St Émilion, 30 minutes to Bordeaux and 1 hour to the Arcachon basin. Beautiful walks around are possible. The village opens a tavern every night at the Gallo-Roman villa. A nice community cafe is close to the house. The house is suitable for a family of 4 with 2 children.
