Two weeks in paradise! Maison UMI is a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its beauty, charm, and tranquility. The house is immaculate. A perfect mix of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Every room is bright, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a peaceful place to unwind. The pool was a highlight. Pristine, sun soaked, and surrounded by idyllic countryside views. We spent hours floating and relaxing under the blue sky. In a huge secure garden which our mini dachshund enjoyed exploring safely. The location is superb: nestled in picturesque countryside, yet just a short drive from charming villages. With Shops and supermarkets also close by for anything you need. Our host, Sanouchka, was exceptional, warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home. Bonus delight: adorable geese at the end of the garden added a touch of whimsy. Maison UMI isn’t just a stay, it’s an unforgettable experience.

Kevin's house is beautiful, with amazing surroundings, by the river, allowing you to indulge in friendly activities, swimming, beautiful walks and even a boat as a bonus! the house offers a beautiful outdoor space, with charming sheep as a neighbor and Luna, the owner's dog, adorable and very affectionate. Kevin was very welcoming and friendly, we will happily stay at his place again!

Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!

3 night stay for 6 people with friends, perfect house for our group: spacious, very well-equipped, modern, connected and very well-decorated. We loved the movie theater, the jacuzzi, and the garden to enjoy the outdoor space. Quiet, pleasant place, everything was there, especially the rain shower in the master suite, a real plus! A remote workspace that has been useful to us. Responsive and very accommodating concierge for checkout. No complaints, great stay! Thank you

We had a fabulous short 2 night stay while visiting Versailles. Very comfortable beds, lovely decor in the living spaces & well-equipped kitchen & laundry facilities. It’s on a quiet street & close to a lovely bakery & mini supermarket. Clear & detailed instructions prior to check-in. We were able to meet Cathy for check-in - who was lovely. An unexpected highlight was we were able to see the fireworks from Versailles while they had events on. The little waffles was a nice (and delicious) touch. Thank you! Good to note there are 2 flights of stairs up to the apartment if accessibility is an issue.

the location was perfect; quiet and clean neighbourhood that was close to good public transportation. The apartment itself was very neat and clean. The mattres on the bed was very comfortable and pillows and blankets were good. In the apartment there were good cooking utensils, nice towels for face, hands and body, JBL speaker, TV, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, spices, oil, hair dryer, iron, fan, two keys for the apartment and much more!! Communication with Marie Caroline was excellent and she always replied fast. No weird smells or anything that I didn't like.

Maud was perfect with the communication and helpful with information on how to move around. The apartment is in a very nice area, charmingly decorated, spacey (for Paris standards, actually huge!) and very clean. The bed / mattress was great and one can sleep with an open window, very quiet neighbourhood!! I will most definetly return! Thank you, Maud!!!

We enjoyed our stay in Charles’s spacious and stylist flat. Ideally located near the Rive Gauche and Versailles Chantiers train stations and a quick walk to the Chateau, we were able to explore all that Versailles had to offer and also get quickly into Paris for other sightseeing on a basic Île de France fare. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. Charles was very kind to let one of our party in hours early because her flight arrived first thing in the morning, thank you! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water on call. Guests should know in advance that the RER C train runs periodically right under the apartment. If you live with urban infrastructure you will likely not even notice.

We had a great stay at Cecile’s apartment. We were in town for the tennis so location was great but also easy to get around inner Paris via metro or a long walk. The supermarket is 1 block away so it was easy to shop and get food in for dinners. Kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard. The pictures of the apartment do not do it justice as it was much clearer and larger than we expected. They have a house maid that looks after the apartment so it was extremely clean and tidy. 1 bedroom overlooks Main Street and 2 other bedrooms are at the back so they are very quiet. The apartment has double glazing so the street notice was not an issue at all. There are also some fans which were great for the hot nights, although the apartment stayed very cool anyway.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, located on a quiet, safe, and tidy street. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the experience.

Well decorated apartment, on a direct road leading to the center of Orléans (12 min by car). Well equipped kitchen. Quiet building.

On a weekend with friends, we had a great time at Thanom and Fred's: wonderful garden and outdoor amenities, everything we needed on site to cook, top bedding, we saved the address in our favorites and will come back without hesitation. Thanom and Fred were super available and flexible, thank you again.

The house was spotless and true to the photos. It was large and pleasant, well-equipped. Everything was easy and very well indicated. The house was also very suitable for children (outdoor/indoor games/small bedroom/cribs/high chairs/children's dishes/secure pool). Peaceful and private house. The pool was large, heated, clean and very functional. We'll be back. Thanks also to the hosts for their kindness and clear instructions.

We stayed with friends this weekend and had a lovely time. The place is large enough for everyone to have their own space, both houses are well laid out. We particularly liked the pool, the bocce court, the foosball, the jacuzzi and the barbecue available. Marie Noëlle and her husband are very available and responsive, we'll be happy to come back to stay at their place.

The house was perfect for our family of seven. The quiet setting and nice pool were enjoyed everyday. The nearby train station provided quick, cheap and easy access to Paris. The surrounding farm fields proceeded idyllic views.
