Great stay at Bruno's house, the accommodation was fantastic, very clean and with all the essentials for cooking. The bedding is comfortable, the outside pleasant and the jacuzzi is really a plus for this weekend of the ascent. Thank you again Bruno for your availability and hospitality.

We will keep the address for a future stay that will certainly be longer. The area is worth a visit.

Great spot great location

We took into account previous reviews to make our choice for this accommodation and we were not disappointed. We stayed 4 days to visit Guédelon, St Fargeau, the 7 locks, the canal bridge, Aubigny... The wines of Sancerre and Pouilly... We will surely come back again for our 5th visit to Guédelon. No problem. Claudine is very friendly and caring. Contact is very easy. Once again, thank you for everything.

All the reviews were correct. This place is extremely clean. Smells good when walking in which is much appreciated. There is no clutter. It's simple and perfect. The air condition during the summer was great to have. The washer worked well (after I searched an error code, I just had to open the water line behind it for water to flow). Sometimes the lock on street entrance door seems stuck but it's no problem. The shower is large and clean. The TV's with netflix are a nice addition. I would love to stay here again if I come back to Auxerre :)

The flat was in a great location in the centre of Briare, but quiet. Apartment was as described and we felt at home. Excellent restaurants, Boulangerie and bars close by. Very convenient for Loire a Velo. The hostess was great and even dropped off a fan, as it was exceptionally hot. This was very much appreciated.

The original place I've booked was unavailable due to repairs and Corentin kindly offered me to stay at another place. It was a beautiful recently renovated house with 2 bedrooms. Plenty of parking space [including a slot in front of the door], quiet residential area, centrally located. Speedy Wi-Fi, comfortable sleeping arrangements and hyper equipped kitchen. Everything was just perfect. Communication with Corentin was excellent. I can highly recommend this host!
