It has all new appliances and a modern feel. Wills Memorial Park is across the street and perfect for children of all ages. The property is only 5 minutes away from multiple grocery and big box stores, several sit down eateries, and many fast food chains. You get 2 spaces of the 4-car driveway but can reserve the full driveway for a fee.

Note, there is no smoking or vaping allowed inside the Cottage, and absolutely no "4/20" products allowed on the property.
