Samantha was wonderful and the house and location is really perfect. its setting is so nice and quiet, and the house is set up perfect for a family with a great game room upstairs and tons of games. We spent thanksgiving there with our family and the house had everything you could need for cooking for sure. It was perfect. We look forward to coming back in the summer to enjoy the outdoors more. Waking up every day and going out on the dock to feed the three swans was really cool. We'll be back.

The host Dabney was great to work with and the house was as described. Great view from the porch and spacious on the inside with usable outdoor space.

What can we say? John's property was everything we hoped it would be. The back yard is full of fun yet also serene and peaceful. The water is perfect for floating in a tube, kayaking, or just wading in and cooling off. The house has everything anyone could want. As an added bonus, you'll enjoy watching an Osprey family, Herons, Ducks, Mockingbirds, Blue Jays, Cardinals, and even some Minks and a Groundhog. The firepit is perfectly placed by the water for a morning fire as the mist rises, and especially in the evening for spectacular sunsets over the bay. Even getting there is a joy, as you go down a quiet country road lined with beautiful farms, quaint churches, and plenty of deer and wildlife. If your looking for a tourest trap vacation, then Leonardtown is not for you. But if you want a quiet getaway with all the amenities, then this is your place!

Denise is the perfect host. She was very responsive to my questions before and during the stay. I really appreciated that she provided all the linens and towels for showers. There were more than enough towels for all of us to take showers with. The home is beautiful and a relaxing spot. It doesn’t get much more peaceful than this location.

Great location for me and my friends, we stayed here because of the location. We were 15 minutes from Maryland International Raceway.

Was a beautiful property. Reminded me of my grandmothers country home. Very nice kitchen and wish we had the time to enjoy the very large back porch. We were in town for a family function and really did not spend that much time at the house. Also loved the windows which were plentiful and showered the inside with a lot of filtered sunlight because of the surrounding trees.

To be honest all the reviews about it being to loud isn’t tru it was quiet to me and clean I was comfortable there it’s was lots of space for my kiddo to run around in as well Ernest and his wife are very kind people would stay there agin I have nothing bad to say at all oh and the neighborhood is super quiet love that to

We had an amazing stay at Theo’s place! Everything was perfect clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The thoughtful touches and great communication made our trip so enjoyable. We’d absolutely love to return! Highly recommend!

The view is amazing! This is our second time staying here and we will be back again! Watching the water, the birds and the wildlife was so much fun and we got some great photos too!

We had a WONDERFUL time! The location can’t be beat - 2 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from a great brewery, and less than 10 min to the main boardwalk. The house itself was clean, nicely updated, and was beautifully furnished. They even had beach towels and wagons we could use! I would highly recommend staying here.

Had a great stay for 2 nights! The backyard is very private and the house is much bigger than it looked in the pictures. Comfortably would fit a family of 4 or more, we’re planning on bringing the kids next time. The beach area is private and has plenty of room to relax and spread out. It’s a 10 min ride to town where you can get anything you need. Planning on coming back this summer if we can!

My family and I greatly enjoyed the location of this little house. The golf cart was such a wonderful amenity, we drove it all over CB.

Jennifer’s place has everything you need for a relaxing staycation- from a fully stocked kitchen to fun extras like kayaks. The front and back yards are both fully fenced, giving our two pups plenty of space to run and explore safely, which we really appreciated. Jennifer was also kind enough to offer us early check-in and late check-out, which made our trip even more enjoyable and stress-free. That said, there are a few areas that could use some attention. The grill hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and the deck could benefit from a bit of TLC. The landscaping near the dock also needs work- the view is gorgeous, but overgrown bushes and trees currently block the deck and the large swing that faces the lake. With a little maintenance, this area could be absolutely stunning. The property has so much potential, and with a few updates, it could be a true gem!
