Nice stay in Isabelles apartment. Clean, beautiful, big balcony. Communication was fast and fine. Isabelle was quite helpful. Make sure that you read the information carefully. It is not Paris but you are downtown within 10 min by train. Nice bakeries in the aera!

We felt very comfortable at the place, everything was clean. Check-in worked out great. The parking lot at the apartment was good, there was hardly any space to park on the street. Bus stop was within walking distance - but we walked to the metro station 8 - about 18 minutes - from there you could easily get to downtown Paris. If we go back to Paris - we would take this accommodation again, as everything went smoothly! We can recommend this accommodation in good conscience!!

Melissa was a great host. Very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was gorgeous, very clean and the area was great. Lots of places to go out and quite close to the Metro for onward transport to Paris. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay in Amelie’s apartment. It is a little hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. It was just like you see in the photos. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed (including loads of food supplies), there was a gorgeous little balcony (it was too hot when we were there to sit out but it would be fabulous in cooler weather). As I said, it was very hot when we were there. The apartment was warm but with the plug in fans it was fine. Amelie was the best host ever. Very friendly and helpful. When we had a problem with the shower (not her fault - the boiler broke for all the flats in the building due to the heat!) she was responsive and apologetic and let us know as soon as it was sorted. There are supermarkets, restaurants and boulangeries out on the main street about 5 minutes away. Metro also about a 5 minute walk Most of all, it just feels very Parisian - the opposite to staying in some sort of boring chain hotel.

Laurent’s place was in a great location when you don’t want to stay right in Paris, but it is easy to get to Paris. Metro is just a short walk away and pretty easy to check in, check out, and it was very nice to get the french experience. I would stay here again!

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Denis’ condo is our #1 place to stay in Paris. This our third time staying here, and will not be our last. His communication is proactive and kind, especially being considerate on your flying in and flying out days. As for the condo, it has everything you could ask for in a cozy Parisian condo. Located on a quiet street with easy access to the Metro, it has all your needs for a short stay or a long stay. Groceries, coffee, and restaurants. Building access is straight forward and is an easy walk up from the ground floor. There are too many reasons to list why we enjoy Denis’ place. Trust us, it’s well worth the stay.
