Vacation rentals with breakfast in Charente

Nicole gave us a very warm welcome. His cottage is impeccable, new furniture, good quality bedding. All available linens are clean. Nicole also remained available throughout our stay to ensure we didn't miss anything. I highly recommend it. I'll be back, that's for sure 🙂

We had a very short stay at this functional and adjoining apartment. The area is very nice and Caroline, who was very warm, told us about nearby events during our welcome. 🙂

The owners are charming, welcoming and available. The house is as advertised. It offers the opportunity to sleep in a house built more than 700 years ago. That's nothing! The garden is enclosed and you can leave a dog without the risk of it escaping. The environment is peaceful and therefore relaxing and is a good base for discovering the region.

Mathilde was able to make an arrangement for our early check-in. We didn't see her much, but we stayed in touch, very friendly, throughout our stay. The room is nice and quiet, picturesque under the roofs of this old house. It is very well located both for visiting the city and for accessing the comic museum on foot or with the free shuttle. It should be noted that the ceiling height at the sink in the bedroom and toilet may hinder tall people.

It was a dream stay. We find a lovely home and the warmth of the hosts. Both Marie and her mother Nadine and her grandmother Jeanine were adorable, pending at all times, preparing us some exquisite breakfasts and opening their home and their hearts to us. The location, the house itself, everything was wonderful. A unique experience that we will repeat.

Very spacious accommodation with very well equiped kitchen, beautiful terrace, in quiet and secluded surroundings. Perfect for relaxing and good base for excursions of Poitou. We recovered wonderfully.

Listing matches photos. It is simple, no fuss, functional, bright and I did not lack anything, it is well equipped. The bedding is comfortable. It's nice to be able to park your car on the street just down in this quiet area. Evelyne is very kind and very available. Had a nice stay!

Traveling to Cognac, Caroline's place was perfect for me. The place is quiet, and communication with Caroline was very good. Good hospitality.

Heloise and her spouse are lovely people. The accommodation is as described, very clean etc. with a very well arranged and fenced garden. For our one-night stop it was perfect. And thank you for the little touches Héloïse that were waiting for us in the accommodation :-)

Sophie is an amazing host! The cleanliness of the cottage is impeccable. the place is a haven of peace, the decor is very neat and sublime. (bouquets of fresh roses, dried petals, small welcome gift) Not to mention all the options that this property has. (Jacuzzi nearby, swimming pool, massage, comfortable bedroom and bathroom) everything is subtly thought out. Spacious, comfortable accommodation for 2 nights. Fresh and delicious breakfast. Friendly knowledgeable hosts made us feel we were in safe hands.

Beautiful garden and pool area with exotic plants and cosy shared lounge which was unique and well designed. Thierry was very friendly and extremely hospitable. The breakfast was delicious, especially the selection of jams and marmalade made by Florence. The bedroom was comfortable with a spacious bathroom including a bath. Highly recommended and we would definitely go back .

I felt very welcome. The breakfast with selfmade products was very nice and it was a bonus that I could park my motorcycle in the shed, out of sight and dry. 👍

The grounds are delightful, bordering on idyllic. Our room was furnished as for a glossy magazine article but all the mod cons were in place. We received a guided tour around the grounds at the beginning and met many of the animals including Luna the collie who was absolutely adorable and Moldemort the black swan who tried to leave an indelible impression on my toes. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked a treat. The alfresco breakfast space was lovely - as were our hosts. Just an all-round happy experience

We arrived and left in the rain but the welcome and accommodation in a spirit of elegant flea market, with large rooms sober but warm and arty, warmed us well. Marie is a discreet and surprising woman, maestra of homemade jams and compotes, in love with cats and beauty.
