A quaint studio guest house located in one of the many hollers of West Virginia. Less than 1 mile from I64, the house is roughly 300 sq. feet, centrally located between Charleston, New River Gorge, and Huntington. This guest house is equip with an outdoor space that includes a firepit and grill. It is located close to the main living quarters, but it is disconnected. Renovated in 2021 the house was built in the late 1930's and is the only residence left in the commercial district of Chapmanville, Wv. This house is excellently located right off of the Main Street (Rt.10) and the train tracks running through town. A dozen restaurants, shopping, liquor, grocery and sight seeing are all within walking distance. Bring your UTV or a trailer full, we can accommodate you, plenty of parking. The town is ATV/UTV friendly to trailriders. Trail connects within miles!

This classic WV cabin has everything you need for a comfortable escape. There is a queen bed and a pull out Twin XL. There is another Twin XL matress in the closet if needed. The kitchen is ready for chefs! A nice laundry room and bathroom also. Outside the cabin door you can sit on a bench and enjoy a fire, roast marshmallows and enjoy the scenery. Firewood is provided. Inside the cabin guests can enjoy 2 flat screen tvs plus a DVD collection. This cabin has heat & air.
