Monthly Rentals in Chapel Pond

We loved our stay. The well-maintained cabin is in a quiet and relaxing environment with a great view. It's close to many trails for great hiking in the mountains. Kristy and Jim are great hosts who are very nice and very responsive, which makes it easy to have a great and enjoyable stay. We are looking forward to return for some more relaxing and hiking in the future.

This was pretty much the perfect AirBnB for my weekend trip to the Adirondacks. We arrived late at night but self check-in was easy and convenient. The unit was easy to find right from the road and parking was spacious. The space matched the description and pictures perfectly, was very clean and comfortable, and was well stocked for our stay. The location right in the center of Keene was ideal - you're a short drive away from many hiking/outdoor fun options and walking distance from a nice local bistro and bakery. There's also a gas station and convenience store just down the road. Checkout was just as straightforward as check-in. The host was responsive and helpful. Excellent experience, highly recommend.

Working with Scott on my stay was such a pleasure. Unfortunately I had to cancel at the very last minute due to family illness but he was gracious and I hope to re-book again as I'm keen to climb more of the gorgeous High Peaks!

Beyond the Schoolhouse being picturesque amongst the High Peaks, it was pristinely kept, and came loaded with an awesome ADK reading library that we loved! Karlan was a super accommodating and responsive host, and we are absolutely planning on making the Schoolhouse our regular remote HQ when hiking new mountains.
