Major supermarkets are one suburb away in either direction (both accessible by train). UQ is 10 minutes away. If you play golf I can arrange a round at Indooroopilly Golf Club.

The large patio faces Clarina Street Park woodland, offering forest walks and a very new childrens playground. The property has parking, but is also on a bus route past Indooroopilly, University of Queensland and into Brisbane City. Cafe and restaurants in walking distance.

Offering 3 bedrooms that will sleep 5 comfortably (Queen, Double and King Single bed), 1 bathroom (big shower, no bath), 2 living areas and lock up garage. Convenient to University of Queensland and 10 mins drive to Brisbane International Tennis held every January.

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.
