The house has everything you need and is in perfect condition, and it is also located in a quiet area with nearby shops. The pool water is super nice. We enjoyed the comfort, tidiness and cleanliness throughout the space. Thank you very much to the hosts for always being attentive.

It was one of the most beautiful and relaxing weekends we had. In the large bed you sleep very well and this shower is a dream. Everything is very clean and you feel very comfortable and safe. The best part is the private pool. It is such a luxury and we were able to recharge a lot and recover. A really nice house with lots of details and a great host. I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you

Everything is very good, the house is very nice and the view is beautiful, we had a great time as a family. Mary was always attentive to us. Highly recommended!! We only recommend fumigation inside the house since we had an encounter with a scorpion. We know that there are these types of insects in the area, but I think the issue of insects inside the house can be controlled a little better. Thank you so much for everything! We enjoyed it!

Annie’s place was immaculate in every aspect imaginable. House was extremely warm and welcoming and let’s not to boast about the cleanliness of the home. Rented a few homes in the area this one was by far the most prestigious. My family and I felt the house was suitable for our large group of 7. Annie was extremely responsive and accommodating. We will be back again soon!

The ranch is a gorgeous and peaceful place to stay in the country, but not too far from town and Lake Chapala. The house has everything you might need. Mauricio was happy to help and easy to contact. Definitely ask about going for a horse ride! Absolutely marvelous place to enjoy with family.

We used the house for an organizational integration event. It had outdoor spaces, shaded spaces and a pool! Everything was excellent!

Excellent weekend, a very comfortable and above all clean house

A very familiar and comfortable place. If you want to get away and rest, it's the right place. Everything was clean. The kitchen is ideal for preparing food and spending a few days there without leaving. The pool is clean and the garden is well kept, an incredible view of the lake, we would definitely return.

The house is very nice , it matches the photos , very cool and illuminated , the pool is clean and heated . The club is very nice with many green areas and quiet places to walk . The restaurant has rich food and the prices are accessible , the kitchen and reception staff are very attentive . Everything is highly recommended

My experience at the Depa Nuevo Chante was exceptional. The apartment is modern, clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. WiFi was fast and reliable, which was ideal for my remote work and entertainment needs.​ The pool is a true oasis; I enjoyed relaxing moments in the sun and refreshing splashes. The location is quiet and safe, perfect to rest and disconnect from the daily bustle.​ Communication with the host was great, always attentive and willing to help at all times. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay near Chapala.

A private accommodation to rest, get away from the routine, clear your mind, think things over, take advantage of the amenities such as the pool that is very comfortable. Definitely this would be the best accommodation and add to that that it is pet-friendly where you can escape with your pet and that the little tours also take advantage of the place and time is incredible, I will return later because it is very worthwhile to spend time in this relaxing place.

The property is quiet, Alejandro is an exelente person and always very attentive. The pool although we didn't get in was comfortable (right now in hot weather) The silence of the place and respect for the rules with the neighbors is exceptional

Chanelle’s property at the Racquet Club is awesome. Perfect location for our needs. One little extra thing we needed, Chanelle was there with it before I was ready! Great communication, easy check in and out, and our dogs loved it too. Very pet friendly community.

The place is beautiful and quiet. Nidya was always attentive and responded promptly. The people in charge of the place are always very helpful and friendly. The apartment building is very comfortable and has very nice facilities. The heated pool is ALWAYS at a fabulous 32°C, they even have a thermometer inside the water. For me, that's the ideal temperature for a pool, neither cold nor hot, just right. The plus of having a back door where you directly access the "games" area of the Jocotepec esplanade, you walk a little and you are already in the esplanade stalls. A great location. I would definitely stay here again and enjoy how beautiful Jocotepec is.
