Lovely little cottage with fantastic hot tub and outdoor space. Walking distance to Polperro village and easy access to the coastal path too.

Had a wonderful stay at Silva Cottage.The cottage was beautiful and had everything a person could need and very clean. The location was amazing set in woods and so so quiet apart from the birds which were a delight to see and hear especially watching the comings and going’s of Woodpeckers on the bird feeder. The hot tub was spectacular.Set in the woods nothing could compare to sitting back and enjoying the tub with a glass of fizz. We had a great recommendation from Lorraine for an Indian Takeaway which delivered to the cottage and ate a great lunch at The Tamar Inn at Calstock. Great location for walkers with Dartmoor on one side and Bodmin Moor on the other plus the coastal path. Would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

Vincent is always available for our well-being during the stay. Excellent swimming pool and Nordic bath with sea view, as well as the terrace with its magnificent view and its flowery and well-maintained garden. Nice, functional house with everything you need, quiet and with the beach 200m away. Nearby tours and short hikes on the cliffs and by the sea made us happy. Thank you Vincent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at Ruth's stunning cottage. Ruth was a fantastic host, always on hand to answer my many questions (sorry Ruth😅) to walking in to find a lovely hamper. She also had mapped out some walk trails and supplied books / leaflets for local amenities. Cannot fault anything! We loved the hot tub and such a lovely enclosed garden so our dog was free to run around at his own leisure. It felt like a home away from home as we were able to use Ruth's BBQ too! Thanks for having us Ruth!

We had a beautiful week at The Cart Barn, beautiful location with beautiful views and a private garden which was perfect for our pooch! we spent most of our evenings watching the beautiful cows out the garden! the hot tub was a lovely addition and the barn had everything we needed to make ourselves and our dog feel at home! Some great recommendations in the welcome book and from the owners of local things to do! Will definitely be returning in the future! :)

Tranquil, beautifully converted barn. Extremely comfortable and very welcoming. Perfect for a break away from the rat race!! And Davina’s gluten-free lemon drizzle cake is amazing!! Thank you for a second very enjoyable stay!

Thank you for a lovely stay. Lovely accomodation in a beautiful, peaceful setting. We enjoyed walks around the farm and we were joined by one of the hosts dogs a couple of times which we loved. We even managed to see an otter down at the river on our first night! Bird and hedgehog watching from the hot tub with a glass of bubbly… bliss.

Would not hesitate to book again. The cottage was spacious, clean and had everything you might need plus more. It is also a short walk away from Freshwater Bay. Also importantly the hosts Zena and Phil do all they can to make sure your stay goes without a hitch, a lovely couple.

Absolutely loved our stay at Cotmore farm. Perfect for our family. Our 3 and 1 year old were very happy there playing with the rocking horse, trampoline and seeing all the animals. Piers and Sue were incredibly welcoming. look forward to coming back!

What an absolute gem. Tucked away down a quiet country lane and within easy walking distance of a beach this place was an absolute delight to stay in. Check in was a breeze and we found the property to be clean and well equipped, matching its online description perfectly. The property had a lovely garden with seating and was only a ten minute walk from Sidmouth donkey sanctuary. The property came with a useful information book with recommendations for places to eat which we used. A number of other well known south Devon coastal towns were only a short drive away and the property was only 30 minutes drive from Lyme Regis and the Jurassic coast. Ian was very informative, responsive and friendly. The cottage is lovely with lots of character and has everything you need for a week away. The bed was so comfortable, genuinely the best one I've ever slept in away from home. The location is perfect for setting off on coastal walks from the doorstep.

This is the third time that my partner and I have stayed here - we love the cottage so much and it feels like a real home from home! The cottage had everything we needed and it is so quiet and peaceful- perfect for a relaxing break. The bed is really comfortable too! There are so many wonderful places to visit nearby too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Libby as a host and a stay at Willow Tree Cottage. We can’t wait to return!

A lovely little cottage to spend a few nights in historic Portland. Very clean, comfortable and beautifully presented. Our hosts Jackie and Pete ensured that everything was ready for our stay and were very welcoming.

Lovely cottage, very homely and walking distance to Bonne Nuit beach but is a steep incline. We hired a car as a bit isolated and wanted to see the island. Hosts were very helpful and quick to respond. Small seating area outside for al fresco dining. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

We had a lovely stay whilst visiting family. Anna had thought of everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the Loft House is beautifully decorated.

Lovely place and lovely stay in magical Guernsey! Kirsty was responsive and provided great communication on the run up to our holiday and upon arriving. The house was beautifully decorated and lovely and comfy for us as a family of 4. Location is brilliant for everywhere you would want to visit on the island. We also loved Forest Stores across the road and popped in pretty much every day for supplies of some sort. Would highly recommend this place, thank you Kirsty!

Guy-Andre and his wife Silvie are very good hosts, nothing was too much and everything was possible. Guy-Andre keeps the location in good condition he's busy with that. Normandy is a top province.
