Cottage vacation rentals in Channel Islands

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La maison est très confortable et très bien équipée. Le trampoline, les jeux, livres et BD ont ravi notre fille. Malgré un temps moyen, nous avons pu profiter du jardin, du jacuzzi et du hammam. La maison est aussi située à deux pas du cœur vivant de Saint-Pair sur Mer avec tous ses commerces et trois pas de la mer. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette chouette maison. Merci à Chantal pour son accueil !

le logement est top proche de tout en moins de 30 minutes les hôtes sont accueillants disponibles bienveillant. je recommande fortement encore plus si vous avez un animal

Vincent toujours dispo pour notre bien-être pendant le séjour. Piscine et bain nordique au top avec vue sur mer, tout comme la terrasse avec sa magnifique vue et son jardin fleuri et entretenu. Maison sympa, fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu'il faut, au calme et avec la plage à 200m. Visites à proximité et petites randonnées sur les falaises et en bord de mer ont fait notre bonheur. Top verblijf, schoon, goede uitrusting, comfortabel. Fijne buitenruimte en zwembad. Enige minpuntje is dat trap naar eerste en tweede verdieping niet geschikt is voor kleine kinderen en minder validen. Edouard gaf aan deze eerdaags te gaan vervangen.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable qui a su contenter tous le monde, le calme pour les adultes, le trampoline pour les enfants et le grand terrain pour le chien. Nous avons été accueilli avec un panier garni qui nous a été bien utile, car les supermarchés été fermés en ce jour férié. le lieu est agréable et l’arrivée autonome bien utile. Hannah a toujours été réactive pour répondre à nos nombreuses questions.

Lower Marsh Farm is brilliant. Wonderful location, excellent facilities, peaceful and calm. Due to the rural location, you do need a car to get there and navigate the area. Olivia the host is incredibly attentive, the instructions for getting there are clear, the optional services are excellent, and the setting is idyllic. We visited with two young children who were captivated by the wildlife and farm animals. Enjoy!

Superbe week-end en amoureux dans un bel appartement. tout était parfait, l'appartement correspond totalement à la description, d'une propreté et d'un confort excellent. des hôtes très accueillants, disponibles qui vous fournissent des idées de visites. Si vous voulez vous retrouver en amoureux dans un spa et un sauna et visiter une magnifique région, je vous le conseille. Merci 😁

Very comfortable place with everything thought of. Very peaceful and quiet. Comfortable bed but not suited to anyone 6ft and over as the bed has a footboard. Lovely deck off the bedroom to enjoy a morning coffee and the views.

Had a fantastic week at Leyside. Clean, tidy and perfect location. Stones throw from the dog friendly beach. Excellent pub, fish & chips & cafe / bar very close by. The farm shop just up the road was fab too along with the taproom & pizzeria . Not far to nearby towns & national trust properties. All in all a great place for a break .

Staying at Francois’ cottage was peaceful and quiet. The cottage is just as it appears in the photos— it’s spacious, clean and functional and serene. The property is beautiful. Although you have another cottage set on the other side, it doesn’t detract from your sense of privacy. It feels like you’re a thousand miles apart. I wouldn’t advise this cottage, however, for anyone who is handicapped, very elderly, or who has toddlers because of the stairs. Other than that, you will be very pleased with your time there.

Schön renoviertes altes Haus mitten im Ort. Beim Hereinkommen steht man auf dem schönen Steinboden, oben im Schlafzimmer auf Dielen. Es gibt einen Garten und das Haus ist sehr ruhig. Trotzdem ist es möglich zu Fuss in 2 Minuten beim Bäcker oder am Markttag auf dem Markt zu sein. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren Serge und Barbara selber auf Reisen. Sie haben sich jedoch von unterwegs bestens um alles gekümmert.

Sandra is an excellent host from her communication to all the little extras at the house. The bed was super comfy, fluffy towels and cosy throws in the lounge. Thank you very much for the wine and milk, and things like tea/coffee, porridge and shower gel etc made it a home from home stay. We loved the area and would definitely return. 100% recommendation from us both. 😊

What a treat! We had a 4 night stay in this beautiful house where every last detail has been thought about to add to your enjoyment and comfort. Everything was first class, very comfortable beds and pillows, spotless bathrooms with proper size towels, plenty of good cutlery and tableware, utensils for cooking if you wanted to cook. The house was a delight with lovely deep sofas overlooking one of the balconies to the ever changing landscape of the waters beyond. It would be hard not to enjoy whatever the weather throws at you! Die Unterkunft war wunderschön. Die Fotos sagen schon alles. Die zwei Zimmer mit je eigenem Badezimmer waren toll. Alles ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr geschmackvoll. Die Betten waren super bequem und der kleine Innenhof sehr gepflegt. Wir und unsere Hunde wollten gar nicht mehr gehen.

Lovely cottage, very homely and walking distance to Bonne Nuit beach but is a steep incline. We hired a car as a bit isolated and wanted to see the island. Hosts were very helpful and quick to respond. Small seating area outside for al fresco dining. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

wat een heerlijk huis, gezellige kamer en keuken, ruime slaapkamers, veel opberg mogelijkheden. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig en goed bruikbaar. Privacy. Een geweldig mooie tuin, goed onderhouden en een prachtig uitzicht. Het zwembad was heerlijk, goed van temperatuur dus ook bij minder weer te gebruiken. Taco is een super host. vriendelijk, en onzichtbaar aanwezig om het zwembad schoon te maken en de afvalzakken weg te halen. goede communicatie. De bezienswaardigheden en stadjes zijn bereikbaar met de auto. Wel wat km rijden. Wij hebben een enorm fijn en relaxed verblijf gehad. Taco, heel erg bedankt!

Thank you to Kate, Alex and the very friendly dog for making my visit to sunny Jersey so enjoyable. The accommodation was perfect with everything one could possibly want. It is ideally situated for exploring Jersey. Thank you for making my time in Jersey such a memorable one.

This absolutely charming cottage is in one of the most beautiful locations in the UK, bar none. Walk/run straight from the garden with your family/dog on to the South West Coast Path and you can meander along the coast for miles in either direction, its perfect! The cottage, while remote, has everything you need, gorgeous bedrooms with sea views and a great pub & cafe roughly 20 mins walk away (uphill). We will definitely return and are already looking forward to doing so.

Lovely place and lovely stay in magical Guernsey! Kirsty was responsive and provided great communication on the run up to our holiday and upon arriving. The house was beautifully decorated and lovely and comfy for us as a family of 4. Location is brilliant for everywhere you would want to visit on the island. We also loved Forest Stores across the road and popped in pretty much every day for supplies of some sort. Would highly recommend this place, thank you Kirsty!

Very good place to stay, all as described and good location for trips, shopping, etc. Walking, driving, and bus access all good. Local places for food, eating out, but easy to get to the wonderful bays and beaches too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at Swallows Nest. Lucia and Dan met us on arrival and also left a card and bottle of bubbly for my birthday which I thought was very kind. We have a four year old and one year old so it’s not always easy finding somewhere suitable but Lucia kindly set up a cot for us and supplied a high chair. The upstairs is open plan with a gate across the stairs so very safe for our baby crawling. Our four year old absolutely loved being on a farm and going to collect fresh milk from over the road. It’s so peaceful day and night. It was our first time in this part of Devon and we were blown away by the landscape, pretty little villages and many beaches in such lovely unspoilt settings. We would love to stay again!
