Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

Great stay at Kate's apartment. The place was exactly like the photos, and we appreciated the small touches around the place. Very happy with our stay here.

I had a comfortable stay for a month. However, the drainage wasn't good after taking a shower, so I always had to wipe the floor with a towel. I don't think the drainage is a problem with the accommodation, but with the building. I didn't say anything. But the rest was quiet and comfortable enough to want to use it again next time.
