The apartment was very nice, very clean and lived to standards. The neighborhood was rather neglected.

This weekend I stayed in this house again and I have no words to describe how amazing it is. Simply sensational! From the moment you arrive, everything is perfect: the cleanliness, the spaces, and of course, the oceanfront location is a real privilege. Waking up to the sound of the waves, and being able to see the sunset from the terrace is priceless. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Definitely 10 out of 10. It's one of those places you want to go back to again and again. Thanks for everything!

Nice apartment, everything clean and in order. Very soft beds. Rest well. The beach is very nice and quiet, you can observe fish and even fish some Robalo. It is better to wear slippers because if there are some shells and stones that could be uncomfortable. When I went there was no restaurant service so if it is advisable to go equipped, otherwise it's up to Champotón.

The apartment is nice, clean and with a lot of space, totally to the description; the terrace with a beautiful ocean view, very fresh and comfortable!. However, the common or public areas of the facilities if they show a lot of deterioration, the pools and the buildings with tremendous signs of lack of maintenance and it is sad because it is a beautiful space. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant, the beach was very nice, little swell, we really enjoyed it. Alejandro responded as soon as we contacted him, we would definitely repeat our stay, we were all very satisfied!

The place is wonderful, a little secluded, but it's just what I was looking for, the restaurant is very rich, the pool gets shade in the afternoons and it's really nice. The penthouse has everything to stay for luxury holidays, we take advantage of the kitchen for breakfasts. The hospitality and kindness of the hosts and in general in all of Campeche is the best. In Champotón you can get practically everything. Traveling a few hours of you have access to very good places to visit, such as Campeche, Edzna, Uxmal, Isla Arena, even getting to Merida does not get heavy. Despite being alone and something away, the place feels very safe. Only 2 issues were in the area, but not with hosting. 1. The beach has lots of stones and shells, no shoes for the sea is somewhat dangerous. They recommended me to go to Playa Bonita heading to Campeche and it's much better. 2. The road has many bumps, the first day I fell into several and 2 tires were damaged, but I was able to change them in Campeche.

The accommodation is impeccable the furniture and everything super cared for, the attention from Fausto fast always be attentive and is quite accessible with respect to the schedules due to changes of itinerary. The kitchen is super equipped with covered utensils, plates and glasses, no need to carry disposables. it has enough towels for beach and beach chairs and even inflatable.
