Impeccable and very functional accommodation, as described! 15 min walk to the lake, via a nice little bike path. Air-conditioned bedroom space, very useful in hot weather. Comfortable bedding. Very nice and well-maintained outdoor spa/sauna/terrace area, accessible from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and accessible by a courtyard shared by the hosts. Good pizzeria and bakery a few meters away, city center 15 min walk. Very friendly communication with the host and hosting.

Hélène's accommodation is very well-equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a very attentive and available host. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

Too bad we can't give more than five stars! What's fantastic location. We felt so welcome. Brigitte and Yves did everything to make us happy. And the stay is great, with incredible views and beautiful garden. Thank you Brigitte, we highly recommend your accommodation!

The location of the accommodation was ideal for getting to the starting point of the Annecy trail. I highly recommend this place!

We came with my friends to spend a week in this beautiful cottage. The place is super soothing with the forest right next door. Valérie lives next to the cottage and is very easily reachable which allowed for great communication. The cottage is made of wood by her spouse and it's just beautiful! Lovely place, was a bit tricky to find at first but we had a great stay. Very picturesque setting and very nice town center a few minutes away. Can highly recommend, we loved the appartment itself and the little terasse.

It was just such a nice vacation. Patricia is such a lovely host and responded directly to questions and gave us nice excursion tips for the whole family. We didn't miss anything in the house and felt very comfortable. The beds were cozy, the kitchen well equipped and we also had plenty of games and toys for the little ones. We could walk directly, but also small hiking trails for children were a few minutes by car. There's still a lot to discover, we will definitely be back.

We had a pleasant stay. The view is beautiful from the home's terrace. We came for a wedding and Jean Robert provided us with the necessary equipment to iron our clothes. Access via the lockbox is very convenient to arrive at any time. There are many possibilities for walks in the area and the nearest shops are 5 minutes' drive away. The place is very relaxing. I recommend it for a total change of scenery.

No complaints about my stay at Franck's, who is a very welcoming and responsive host. Very simple communication, small functional studio, quiet and in a very good location!

A PERFECT PLACE! Bernard, Sabine, Macha (their dog) and their horse, are very kind, discreet, accommodating, responsive. The accommodation is ultra clean, small cottage but well appointed. Quality and well thought-out amenities. Shaded land almost all day, so perfect for both dogs and humans. A magnificent view. Very polite and friendly locals. Close to Lake Annecy and Le Bourget du Lac. Everything was perfect so a BIG THANK YOU!

Chantal and Michel are very friendly, available and very attentive hosts. The accommodation is very clean and quiet and the bedding is good and the garden is very nice. The area is beautiful and there are many walks to do. Looking forward to coming back to this beautiful area to Chantal and Michel's of course 😊

We came to Michel & Svetlana's to stay during the animation festival in Annecy. We were extremely well received, the accommodation is perfect as well as its location, which is easy to find (20 minutes from the city center), quiet and beautiful.
