The kitchen is fully equipped. At the foot of the chalet, closed location to store surfboard, sail, bikes..... Close to the sea 50 m, playground, volleyball court, funfair, beach restaurant, shops. You can get everywhere on foot.

Renovated studio well located on the Rive Droite side, 10 minutes walk from the beautiful village of Gruissan and 1.5km from the very famous Chalets beach. Enjoy a south-west facing terrace, offering views of the Barbarossa Tower, the Salins and Île Saint-Martin as well as a private and free parking space in the residence. The studio provides you with a kitchen equipped with an oven and a microwave, the sofa bed has just been changed! The 17cm mattress is new (5/15/25). Enjoy!

This place is close to everything. Front terrace with harbor view and sea in the distance and rear terrace with Clape view. 4th floor without elevator access (the view is worth it).

Homemade lunches and in AB Free parking in front of the property. “The peninsula”, is the extra room….shall see ☺️ 🙂 reflexology , cranial massage at preferential rate.

Very nice sunny apartment, quiet.

My place is close to the village and restaurants. In winter the square hosts 3 markets. In summer the streets are also filled with all the charm of Mediterranean markets. The nearest beach is 800 m away. You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfort, the outdoors space. To get to the apartment there is a staircase with Japanese steps that is not suitable for young children or people with limited mobility.
