We liked the location and apartment. My only complaint was thinking there were 2 beds (based on a photo and the listing description). We stayed a month -sleeping on a sofa bed for a month was not what I expected as an older traveler. The one actual bed was decent and used by the taller of us. Other than that, everything was fine and we were generally comfortable. Caution: If you’re a light sleeper, you might be sensitive to neighbors nighttime noises. Hosts were helpful.

Absolutely wonderful space. The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the apartment is. It has a beautiful view and all the amenities and details you would need for your stay. The location of the apartment is perfect. Just a few minutes walking distance from the beach and boulevard. The hosts were so kind and responsive. They even came over late in the evening to solve a few issues we were facing. Amazing people. So glad we found this place. Highly recommended.

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Nice apartment, good location, clean, everything you need is there. Fully matches the description. Sea view from the balcony. The price at the beginning of the season is fully justified.

The building is very old, but in general, many of the buildings in Batumi are old. There is a general restoration process in the old Batumi region. Every building is under renovation. The building where Lilunu's house is located is bad and neglected, but when you open the door of the house and enter, you switch to a completely different dimension. It's like an artist's hand touched it. The house is very nice. Lilu is caring and helpful. The balcony of the house is also magnificent. A host who loves plants and we watered his plants. The only negative thing I found was the color-changing lights on the ceiling at home. I think this modern design simplifies it. There are HB and Munich restaurants under the building and they are very good quality restaurants. Cafes, pubs and restaurants, Piazza Square, European Square, Ali Nino statues and other tourist attractions are within walking distance. Thanks for everything, Lilou 🙏🏻

I came to Batumi for the first time and decided to try to book an apartment, I wrote to Madonna in advance, she told me everything, explained, very kind and responsive, immediately responds to messages. The apartment is very nice, convenient location, everything is close, thank you very much for the hospitality. 😄👍🏻

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

Wonderful place to stay away from the congestion of city. We enjoyed the peaceful place and quiet atmosphere. Beach was always accessible

I am the first one to rent this room after renovation, so everything is new. This is the only room in a standalone house, located in a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of bakeries and groceries within 5 min walk, as well as couple of pubs and large supermarkets. The beach and some good restaurants are within 15 min walk. The room is well-equipped, internet is fast and reliable. Cosy private balcony with garden view. And there is a real fireplace for a special vibe! Though you don't have to use the fireplace constantly as the room quickly gets quite warm with a gas heater (they call it karma). The host and his parents who live next door are very hospitable and kind people. The only drawback is a noisy building construction site 300 m away (like almost everywhere in Batumi), though the noise is tolerable. Highly recommend this hidden gem! Will definitely return.

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

Macos place is amazing, newly constructed, has everything you may need. Neighborhood is calm, perfect for calm vacation. Literally 2 min walk from seaside. Maco is very responsive host, it was pleasure to communicate with her. Highly recommend and would come back as well.

The apartment was even better than on photos! Close to beach,but quiet,it's a great combination. Giorgi and Mary were nice and provided good service and hospitality) tasty wine;)

We really enjoyed our stay over there. It’s not so far away from downtown. Kids loved to play in a yard and there is playground right in front of the house. The taxi is really cheap to go anywhere. 5 minutes to walk for food or groceries stores. Apartment is really clean and we felt like we are staying home.

New, modern and beautifully located flat perfect for a comfortable stay. In addition to the proximity to markets and restaurants, the building has a cake and coffee shop, which was a great differential. The experience was great, and I would definitely stay again. I recommend it!

I had a great stay at Sophie & Gega’s apartment in Batumi. The location is perfect—close to everything, with shops and locals around instead of big hotels. The apartment has everything you need, like good cooking supplies, quality dishes, hair tools, and even a clothes steamer, which I really appreciated. The bed is very comfortable and the internet did not let me down. To get to the apartment, you go through a shared entryway connected to a super nice family. Sophie & Gega provide detailed instructions with pictures, so finding your way is easy. The apartment is really spacious, and I think it would be amazing in the summer. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay. Everything as described. One of the best locations in town. Highly recommend, will absolutely consider visiting again!

The apartment is quite satisfied. Apartment near the construction site. In front of the windows there is a faucet to the left. If you do not check in with toilet paper, shampoo or soap. It was possible to refill for a moderate amount. Unfortunately I didn't have a shampoo, just a shower gel.

Frida is an incredibly kind and truly helpful host. The flat's prime location near stores and restaurants makes it one of the best spots in Batumi. It's also ideal for long-term stays. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed👍
