We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

The decor was charming and everything was well-maintained, making it feel very welcoming and comfortable. The location was convenient, close to the sea, just 3 min walk, shops and markets nearby. Svetlana was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, providing clear instructions and quick answers to any questions I had. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant accommodation. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

We had a wonderful time at this villa! Everything in the villa is thought out to the smallest detail - there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, including the possibility of cooking a barbecue. Beautiful accommodation in an indescribably beautiful and quiet location overlooking the sea and the Turkish coast. The host is responsive and attentive. The interior is clean and of high quality, there is everything you need for comfort and relaxation. I didn't want to leave. We'll definitely come again.

The apartment was simply great – beautifully decorated, cozy and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The area is totally quiet, perfect for switching off. And yet, you can get to the center in no time by car. The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and attentive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with freshly prepared Turkish coffee and a delicious iced coffee – a wonderful start! Throughout our stay, they made every effort to ensure that we lacked nothing. If there were more than 5 stars, they would absolutely deserve them! We will be happy to come back.

The location of the house is in a peaceful and quiet place (a nice change from the noisy center), but 10 minutes by car to the center. The hosts took us shopping at the store. Beautiful garden, very nice, talkative hosts and super friendly dog ​​Farukh (if you like dogs, you will be happy) made the stay in our memory for a long time. We highly recommend this place and hosts! :).

The apartment is wonderful, the view from the balcony to the park and the sea is very beautiful, it was very clean, had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The territory of the complex is well-maintained and beautiful, there is a large swimming pool, restaurants, supermarkets. The hosts gave a personal mobile phone, were always in touch, gave many valuable recommendations for attractions and restaurants, everywhere was delicious and we were very satisfied. We were warmly welcomed and we will return to this apartment again after a trip to Tbilisi for a few days if we are available. We will also recommend to all friends and family of these hosts. we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

The apartment was little bit small, but convenient. Little bit far from city center. But the apartment itself and the district it is in was amazing. The wine compliment was a good extra touch :)

Inga's place was just great. Quietly located with a fantastic view! Everything is exactly as described. We didn't arrive until around 11pm and Inga still welcomed us in a friendly manner. From the center of Batumi to the guesthouse you can easily take a taxi/Bolt. Taxi drivers can also easily find the guesthouse. It is recommended to walk the last 100 meters to the guesthouse and end the taxi ride at the intersection with the church. You should do the same when you call a taxi. Inga is very helpful and even gave us a bottle of wine as a farewell gift. We really enjoyed the place and would come back any time! Thanks for a great stay. :)

My dog and I really loved staying at this place! Everything is just as it is said on the listing. We were safely met by Alex late in the evening, even though the driver had let us go a bit earlier before we reached the place. The air is perfect, it's quiet and peaceful. A lot to do for people who love outdoor activities. It's good that you'll never be left totally alone because the host and neighbours live just beside you, so they can give occasional rides and help with things.
