The flow from inside to the outside area makes it perfect for BBQ dinners, and enjoying the warmer weather in summer under the patio. The large secure yard is perfect for the kids to run and play and for the fur babies too. There is plenty of parking for boats, trailers, cars, caravans, and trucks.

You have access to a tennis court, cricket net or just read a book by the lake. There is also a library, dvd's and a table tennis table for you to use. Lacabane Retreat is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with young kids), and furry friends (pets).

The Cosy Corner

The little Studio ( Granny Flat ) is located at the back of our property right in town within walking distance to city center and to the Foreshore. The small Studio has a queen size bed, kitchenette for basic cooking and its own en suite. It has a separate entrance from main house, but shares the backyard. We are still in the construction phase of the shed / backyard veranda , so please excuse the little mess in the backyard atm.

Loved our 3 days at RAC Esperance Villa. Saw Dolphins swimming in the bay from our window while having breakfast. Clean, comfy, stress free.

This place is ideal for a getaway in Esperance! We were literally a stone’s throw away from town, and even more amazingly - the Great Ocean Drive! There are options for a lovely walk as well, such as to the Rotary lookout and West beach. Facilities wise, everything was adequate as well; comfortable bed, hot shower, and a kitchen that had all you need!
