A Nest on the Sea

AlexandrineRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Very nice apartment with terrace overlooking the sea. A little far from amenities if you don't have a car, but there is a way to walk to a bus or train. Benedetta was a great host: responds quickly and recommended nearby restaurants.
A spacious outdoor dining area is featured under an archway, with a large wooden table surrounded by sturdy chairs. A vase with fresh flowers rests on the table, and breathtaking views of rolling hills and a sunset are visible in the background.

Villa Giulia, a splendid farmhouse in the Marche region

BlaireRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Mirella saved our trip to Umbria when we were misled by another home rental company about the accommodations and had to find another place last minute. We were SO happy and lucky to find this hidden gem. They were super kind and helpful, the house is exactly as described, and the charm/personality of the family is present throughout. Highly recommend for groups and families!

Montana House in Stone-Garden-Panorama-Jacuzzi

MaartenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Fantastic location in the last village before you really go into the mountains! And yet, the inhabited world and the supermarket are less than 10 minutes away by car. The house was spacious enough for the two of us, quirky and comfortable. Michele is a great host who is nearby in a pleasant way and communicates quietly. We got fresh eggs and fish stew from him and he gave us some good tips about the area. We didn't use the jacuzzi, but we did use the yoga studio. The villagers - and there aren't many - were also very friendly.
The villa is set amidst a lush landscape of towering trees and vibrant foliage. Its elegant architectural design showcases a two-story structure with a distinctive tower. The manicured grounds feature various plants and trees surrounding the building, enhancing the serene atmosphere.

Everything in real life looks exactly as in the photos... The host is a nice person really cares about his guests. He is a local person who knows his "area" very well. He knows how to help with everything. We would love to come back here sometime, we will definitely recommend it to all our friends!

Rustic country house near Recanati with pool

ChrisRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What a find, such a serene & calm oasis. The views are spectacular and you are surrounded by nature; gecko’s scuttle around the plant pots, swallows dive over the pool & the smell of jasmine greets you each morning. The apartment is beautifully appointed, spacious & a cool refuge from the heat. Every possible need has been thought of & Dawn’s decor is both eclectically quirky & stylish. There are several spots to eat & relax in, a favourite was the swing seat under the tree. We will definitely be back.

Alkekengi House

EdoardoRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Great apartment located right in the center in front of the Pergolesi theater. The building has an elevator, the apartment is on the 2nd floor, perfectly clean and tidy. Complete with everything, dishes, cutlery, pots, washing machine and even an iron, which is useful. Comfortable double bed! Communication with the host is quick and easy, Anna Lisa is a young girl and was very nice and friendly in welcoming us (clear directions on the meeting point) and also wrote us some places to go to eat in the area. If you arrive by car there is a large free parking lot just outside the walls (we always found it free), 5-6 minutes walk uphill (so with many suitcases you need two trips) or even free parking at the nearby supermarket. From the apartment it is very easy to get around Jesi on foot and a great starting point to explore Conero and Marche.
