Lontano dal caldo cittadino ed immerso nel fresco dell'Appennino Tosco Emiliano, questo piccolo ma confortevole monolocate ha tutto per assicirarvi un piacevole soggiorno. La Ccucina e' attrazzata di tutto quello che vi puo servire, letto doppio, bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Direttio e privato accesso al Fiume Limentra, ampio giardino condiviso con me e la mia familia e con uno spazio riservato per voi.

A cozy stone and wood chalet with amazing views of the Apennines, surrounded by nature with a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

The Balcony

A unique apartment where you can relax, immersed in a centuries-old forest on the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, less than an hour from Bologna. It is located at the Villini Archetta Mattei, eccentric buildings designed by Count Cesare Mattei, the father of electropathy, who lived and worked in the magical Rocchetta Mattei a couple of kilometers away. The Count's friends and patients were staying at the villas, a rare romantic experience for the time in the Apennines.

Independent apartment in villa

1 km from the Rioveggio motorway exit, the apartment is part of the villa where I live with my family. Guest access is independent, from the large terrace, without stairs. In the shared square, where there are 2 harmless dogs, you can park your car. Apartment for the exclusive use of guests. In summer, it's always cool, even without air conditioning. There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (with coffee), kettle, and dishes.

Beautiful one bedroom classic Italian villa with a large, private terrace, close to the Via degli Dei hiking route! Fully stocked kitchen, private bathroom, single access with a queen sized bed, antique furniture, and incredible views of the mountain range from your bedroom window! The family below is very welcoming, and happy to host you! We grow our own fruit, nuts, and even make our own wine, sauces, and pastas from scratch! Come join us!

Lovely loft in the heart of the Apennines

The "Locanda di Goethe" is a charming loft located in the historic center of Loiano, a small mountain village on the Futa State Road 65, the beautiful road that connects Bologna to Florence. The loft is housed in a historic building, the same one that Goethe mentioned in his "Italian Journey". The warm and enveloping style of the interiors, the exposed tub and the rocking chairs will make you live a unique and unforgettable experience.

This property is set in an and peaceful garden with stunning views of the river. There is a modern industrial kitchen leading into a lounge area with views. There are two bedrooms upstairs with a sofabed also available. Here you can relax; barbecue or take a walk down to the river for a cool dip. Or you can explore the beautiful countryside, go mountain biking or simply relax after a day out. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

Borgo Fontanini is a 14th Century hamlet located in the middle of chestnut and oak trees forests. The Tower-house is one of the fortified, stone buildings complex. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen with a fireplace and a living room.
