The cottage is a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath with a pull out King couch in the living room. We are able to accommodate up to 4 people. Our kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking pleasure. We also have a small enclosed porch with a Office Desk and 2 cozy reading chairs in case you need to mix business with leisure. And last but not least you will have your own private entrance, parking and shady garden patio. Walking distance to the major studios, incredible coffee shops, restaurants, bus stops, markets, and close to all major freeways. We have AT&T Uverse if you'd prefer to spend a day just watching our flat screen TV. And we have free wi-fi if you need to update your social media with the fantastic photos of your trip. Entire Garden Cottage is yours with featured outside garden dining table for four. Two Car Private Entrance Parking and a Relaxing Private California Native Garden! My family lives in the main house. The cottage is in our backyard separated by a trellis filled with roses year round,. You can be as private as you would like or come sit on your front porch and visit with us. Living on the premises makes it easy for us to help with anything you need. The cottage lies in an in-demand equestrian neighborhood in Los Angeles. Walk along the river to the equestrian center. A short stroll down Riverside Dr. leads to Toluca Lake, home to many celebrities. Spend the day at Disneyland, Warner Brothers Studio Tour, Universal Studio, or walking Hollywood blvd. Restraunt row is a stroll away filled with local coffee shops and Award winning restraunts! Rest, relax, explore, repeat! I'm sure you've heard the expression, "Nobody drives in LA." Well, that's mostly true. We are very close to a bus stop and subway. But we strongly recommend having a car for your visit. We are close to a lot of area attractions. Bright Studio with Panoramic Views in Silver Lake

Create a truly memorable & filmic experience by staying in this spectacular new architectural home perched on the hillside of Silver Lake. This elegant studio apartment boast views amongst the best you will find in Los Angeles. The Silver Lake Reservoir is at your feet and the Griffith Park Observatory and the Hollywood Sign loom in the distance. It is truly a breathtaking view. Not only are the views outstanding, but the unit itself is an architectural diamond. Not a right angle in the 600 sf unit. Designed by the architect Tom Marble and finished in 2013, the unit is made up of triangles and sliding doors of glass. This unit was built for pleasure. Enjoy the 47" television with cable including HBO. Entertain outside on the spectacular deck. Luxuriate in the gorgeous tile shower & sleep on the fabulously comfortable queen size bed with down duvet. This place has to be seen and experienced to believe. Private unit with huge private deck. Guest also have access to the lovely garden. I am either staying on the property on nearby. I am always available to answer questions. I want each guest to have a wonderful experience. The studio is situated the fabulous Silver Lake neighborhood close to Hollywood and downtown Los Angeles. Renowned restaurants, coffee shops, and ample shopping opportunities are easily reached. There are 50 steps up to the front door. Bus to Downtown is right down the street; however, most people rent a car or use uber or lyft. Please try to rent a smaller car. This is a cul du sac stair street and parking is tight! Please rent a smaller car. Parking is in a small carport on but a narrow cul du sac street. Please note there are 50 steps up to the front door.

Simple, elegant studio, detached from the main house, in the rear of the garden, with kitchenette and private bath with a large shower. There is also a private patio exclusively for guests to enjoy! We’re centrally located near both the 101 and 405 freeways, Trader Joe's, a large park with a pool, tennis courts, and lots of wide open space. This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.
