Cabin vacation rentals in Central Kootenay

This was our second stay at Sri' airbnb. Her and her husband were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The location is private and close to the beach. We were able to have a campfire which we also enjoyed. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook our meals. We would highly recommend this place and would stay again.

My family and I spent a long weekend at Olivier’s place. He’s been a great host and we had a wonderful time staying at this wonderful property! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who likes outdoor activities, fishing, hunting, hiking or exploring the true beauty of BC!

The pictures made it look a little more isolated then I expected and the neighborhood was pretty cluttered, but overall beautiful location with a cozy little cabin and great views.

The view from the hot tub exceeded our expectations and was the highlight for us! This cabin was peaceful and cozy and just a short drive to the ski resort. The bed was so comfortable as well. Would be crowded for 4 people and the hot water tank might be too small for 4 but we were just two and it was perfect. Looking forward to coming back!

When we arrived here, our expectations were exceeded. This house is very spacious and clean with all the necessities You need especially in the kitchen. We stayed here with the purpose of doing day trips to Banff which is a 1.5H drive which was not a problem because the views were phenomenal.

Thanks for the great long weekend. We'll come back! The cabin is a great option for someone who doesn't own a camper but wants to spend time close to the nature. We enjoyed sitting outside around the stove when it got chilly in the evening!

What a fabulous place! I wish we were there longer. The picnic area is great with a place for a campfire and the patio with the bbq had great afternoon sun. A beautiful spot

We had the best stay. From the perfect clean, cozy cabin, to the lush forest surrounds to the relaxing sauna, it was better than the listing! Charlene and Logan were very attentive and helped ensure our trip was awesome! We will definitely be back!

Woody and Laurie were wonderful hosts thoughtful, responsive, and generous. They provided everything we needed, from firewood to clear directions for refilling water, and were always quick to respond if we had a question. We were celebrating our honeymoon, and arriving to find balloons and a sweet bow on the door was such a thoughtful touch that truly made us feel welcome. The cabin was a peaceful, serene escape after the joyful chaos of our wedding. We loved playing the many games available, relaxing on the private beach, and watching our dog soak up every moment. We can’t wait for the chance to return to this little slice of heaven.

We really enjoyed staying in Joan's cabin, it is a beautiful property and there is a nice little hike to a waterfall from the cabin. She was very responsive and helpful, we would come here again!!

Everything was amazing , the cabin , the place and the attention. Anita and Wes are great! They left some fresh eggs and sourdough for us and it was delicious! Wife said is that she would have liked it even more if the windows had curtains but I guess is just a matter of preference because for me it was perfect like that. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the deck with 2 deers visiting us , and felt really connected with the nature!

Perfect space to enjoy the town of Invermere. Minutes away from the downtown area, restaurants and beach.

Moria's cabin was spotlessly clean and had a million dollar view! We had a restful couple of days and appreciated how close it was to town. One thing to note is that you will hear the highway traffic but it was not busy overnight so it didn't interrupt our sleep at all. Also, there wasn't a beach when we visited (time of year perhaps?) where you could lay out a towel, however, there is a provincial park nearby that has a beautiful, sandy beach.

Val was incredibly easy to work and communicate with and very responsive. We locked ourselves out and had a new key within 5 minutes. The place was super clean, had all we needed and was a very short drive to the ski hill and town. You can also walk to the hill. We loved our stay!

This is easily one of my top 5 Airbnb stays! The view is absolutely stunning, and I’d love to come back for an even longer visit. Just a heads-up—make sure to bring some food with you or stop at the grocery store in Nelson before heading up. An all-wheel drive vehicle is definitely a plus for getting there comfortably. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

Sheldon’s place had everything you needed. Kitchen was fully equipped. Stove elements may need some work but worked once you found the right one. They had everything you needed. Was thankful for the AC which we didn’t think we would need. Place was peaceful/quaint and clean. Perfect for what we needed and good value. We were also looking for dog friendly.

The location was very remote as described by Terra. It was what we were looking for our stay. The pictures were accurate. Views were nice. Terra was responsive. Only issue was the Oven was broken (she did tell us but not until after we booked) with being remote we needed to cook at place. We would have booked anyway so all good. Worth the visit!!
