Cheryl and her husband are the most kind and genuine people! Everything was perfect, the unit was extremely clean upon arrival and stocked up! We got to enjoy the kayaks and beautiful sunsets, there were a ton of fish to catch too! I will definitely be returning! Thank you again!!

This place has it all: location, privacy and cost. Sherman and Marlena are the sweetest hosts you can ever imagine and masters of hospitality. Truly it was all the little touches that made this trip worth it: well stocked kitchen with SHARP knives (that’s pretty rare when you stay in a lot of airbnbs), the binder with all the restaurants they recommended, and all the beach gear you’d need. What really makes this place stand out is the landscaping and the deck. The large deck, multiple chairs, umbrellas, and wash stations are fantastic. You don’t even have to leave the deck to enjoy the peace and beauty of the ocean. We have never travelled to a place with an environment that made relaxation so simple. Thank you for wonderful anniversary trip.

Kathy and her team truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Their philosophy of treating guests how they would like to be treated really shines through. Excellent communication.The house is beautifully maintained and fully stocked with all the essentials you could possibly need. From the thoughtful touches to the warm hospitality, everything was done with great care and taste. I highly recommend staying here – you’ll be in excellent hands! Definitely we will be back. The conso really is just a few steps to the beach! We felt right at home the moment we walked in. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area. We tried 3-4 and would go back to all of them. My teenage daughters said this about the room: “It was perf!” and “so cutsie and adorable”

I had a wonderful stay in Kissimmee, Florida! The place was exactly as described—clean, well-kept, and just like the photos. The location was perfect and made getting around easy. It truly added to the overall experience of the trip. I would definitely stay here again!

First, Darlene was so kind and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again. The place was extremely clean and so peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time relaxing out back watching the dolphins and fish jumping. We highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed.

Lara’s place was perfect for my family! The beds were all super comfortable so that we were able to rest easily. The kitchen was well stocked with nice Ninja nonstick pans, essential spices and more than enough paper products and soaps. In fact, there was plenty of bathroom soaps, body wash, shampoos, conditioner, as well as laundry detergents available. One major bonus was all the nice beach gear in the secondary walk in closet. We were glad to have the extra beach cart and chairs and the large nice boogie boards. There were more than enough beach towels. We also used the cooler and shovel from the room. Although I only had my immediate family in our room, we traveled with our extended family in a group of 21 people. Our group stayed in five condos at Sunrise condominiums and Lara’s place was the envy of our group. We had the nicest furniture and supplies in our room compared with the others. I will absolutely book Lara’s place again next time we are in NSB.

Ken’s beach house was clean, relaxing and exactly what we needed! The deck had beautiful views that were perfect for morning coffee. The beach was peaceful and quiet. The local food was delicious. Absolutely would recommend and would love to visit again.

We loved our stay. The house was clean and comfortable, and located in a super convenient location. We'll definitely come back the next time we come to Orlando!

What an amazing 2 weeks with family!! Don’t hesitate to book this GEM of a home! It’s beautiful, peaceful (on a culdesac) SUPER QUIET at night, great spots to eat at the waterfront and all around Minneola in general. We had an issue with warming the spa and both were very responsive, ordered the part and within 2 days its was perfect. This house had EVERY amenity you would need and then some…games indoor and outdoor, kids books, fire pit, swing, blankets to cozy up on couch, dog bowls, leashes, toys etc. They truly make you feel like it’s home. We can’t rave about it enough!! We were only a short half hour drive away from Disney also. Our 2 small dogs absolutely LOVED chasing lizards and frogs around the pool area! We would LOVE to come back if they would have us! Thank you again for being such great hosts! All you do to make your guests feel comfortable at home does NOT go unnoticed! Until next time beautiful Clermont/Minneola!!! 💕

Personally I was sad to leave! Such a lovely location and getting to enjoy the views from the kitchen island or hanging out on the dock every day was so peaceful. Just the kind of vacation I needed to get me through the rest of my year 🌴 Our host was very kind and responded very quickly! Book a stay here!

All I can say is REVIEWS MATTER! Everything was wonderful, the photos were so accurate, we literally felt like we stayed in a mansion for our family vacation. We traveled as a multi-generational family and there was something for everyone. If we wanted to we could have literally stayed at the property and had everything we needed to occupy everyone!! Michael is a 10/10! He was incredible responsive, helpful, explained things proactively before I could even think of a question on something. He was kind and accommodating with every ask we had. We arrived to a personal card and welcome gift which just started us off on the right foot and made us feel appreciated. He truly was the icing to a great stay. We without hesitation would come back to this property or stay with Michael at any of his other listing's just because he was that great. Reviews matter, this place is worth it!

This location is hands down my favorite property in the Orlando area. The house was so much better than the pictures and descriptions! We had so many options from the multiple game rooms, the theater, the pool to keep the entire family occupied, we really could have skipped the parks and still had a great vacation. Chris was extremely helpful, sending information and instructions well in advance of check-in. He was very quick to respond to any message I sent. The kids said on the way home that this was their best vacation EVER! They can't wait to stay at this property again when we come back to Orlando.

Lovely place to stay! Nice and clean, great location, my daughter loved the slide. The house had everything we needed. Ada was great with communication and responds quickly. We visited during month of June, bring bug repellent. Yellow flies can get bad.

A group of 5 (plus a dog) went down for a concert and to celebrate my birthday, this house was AMAZING! There was so much space that even with the rooms being close to one another, no one felt like they were on top of each other. Tina has done a marvelous job decorating and furnishing the place with beautiful, and very comfortable, furniture/decor. The kitchen, fridge/freezer, and laundry room came fully stocked with everything you could need (even things you didn’t know you did). The pool and backyard space were stunning! My dog had a blast running around and pretending he was an alligator in the pool. Plenty of pool floats and towels were provided. Overall this has been the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, my entire group loved it, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone that’s staying in Orlando!

Our family just enjoyed another incredible weekend at Mahalo Dudes beachfront condo—our 2nd year returning, and it certainly won’t be our last! The condo is beautifully maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway (we are so thankful for the bountiful towels stocked and ready for use). Waking up to breathtaking ocean views and stepping right onto the sand made every moment feel like paradise. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience, from their friendly communication to the small touches that make guests feel truly welcome. We’ve created wonderful memories here, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year. If you're looking for a laid-back, beachside retreat, this is the place to be!

The property was well maintained. While it was some distance from town, it was helpful to have GPS for directions. The house was comfortably appointed and nicely decorated. It was well equipped with all necessities. The stacking washer and dryer was particularly useful and easy to use. The spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom, however, could be a challenge for some folks. All in all, a good property, attentive host, and a good stay.

Great place to stay for beautiful views and relaxation. Walkable distance to great food and short walk to peaceful beach!! Loved our stay and this place had all that you need! Really clean and well kept!

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.

We loved our stay at Nicoleta's! Everything was very clean and exactly as described. The view was beautiful and truly the cherry on top of a perfect stay! We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!

We had a great week stay in this condo! It was clean and had everything we needed. We used it for our Disney trip and the parks were only a 15 minute drive away! The pool by the condo was very clean and quiet. We would definitely reccommend this place! Fonti was also very accomodating and replied to messages quickly. Thanks for letting us stay!!
