*If you have good prior reviews book our place and receive an offer within 24hrs! A well equipped cozy studio only 20 minutes from the Hamptons and 10 minutes away from LIRR train station to go into NYC (free parking at the train station!) This studio has a small kitchenette to warm up meals, a full size fridge, we include some snacks for those late night cravings. A queen size bed, a separate desk and chair to study or work, a couch, smart TV, and a peaceful environment to relax and unwind.

Great little place just for a couple

The outdoor courtyard is especially nice and private ,with a fire pit, grill and comfortable chairs. It is a rustic location easy walking distance to North Shore Beach. If you want an ocean beach you can drive straight south for 20 minutes and reach Smiths Point State Park right on the ocean. The North Fork with its vineyards is a short drive and the Hamptons also only 30 minutes to West Hampton. You can fish, golf, walk among the wooded area and relax in peace. Peaceful and Bright 4 Bedroom Getaway Home

Come relax with your family in our quiet and peaceful home at any time of the year! It is your quick getaway from city/work life. Each room is spacious and the kitchen is open and welcoming for our special guests. In the backyard is a fire pit and a canal that leads out to the bay of the South Shore of the Long Island Sound. You can enjoy our patio with a beautiful view. Our bathrooms are newly renovated. Brookhaven beach/playground access is a five minute drive away. We hope you can enjoy!
