We had a wonderful stay! Andressa was a 10-star host: always very polite, attentive and willing to help. We were especially grateful that she lent us a stroller and provided extra bedding, going beyond what the listing promised. The place is very pleasant, clean, well maintained and with a welcoming energy — ideal for families with children. We really felt at home. We would definitely return and recommend it to everyone looking for comfort, tranquility and great service!

Our stay was excellent, the house is faithful to the listing and we felt at home, everything was impeccable, clean, complete, comfortable. Near the house there is everything, supermarkets, pharmacy, the location is great for all the places we need to go. Agile and easy communication with the host, we needed to stay longer due to work and we resolved it calmly; the power went out on our first day and it was resolved very quickly. There are two houses in the same space with a shared entrance, everything is very quiet, we had an inconvenience only on Sunday with the resident of the house next door and we communicated with the owner Sônia. The garage is very tight, but we left the car on the street, it is a very quiet neighborhood. We recommend it for sure, you can rent without fear! Returning to Rio Preto, we will stay in the same house for sure!
