We had a wonderful stay at the Nightingale House in Cedarville from May 30 to June 2. The home is simply beautiful—charming, clean, and full of character. Every detail was thoughtfully put together to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is peaceful and perfect for a quiet getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely return!

We were blown away by this AirBnB! The interior was impeccably appointed with every little amenity thought of. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The area was quiet within steps to a trailhead in beautiful Clifton Gorge. The hosts were super helpful and communicative but not at all intrusive. We are planning to come back asap!

We had the most amazing stay at Megan's Air BnB! The house was extremely comfortable, and she truly came through on short notice, saving our anniversary. Megan was a gracious and thoughtful host, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. To top it off, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the Indian Mound Reservation with the waterfalls was just 3 minutes away—a place my wife had taken me two years ago for our anniversary! It couldn't have been better. I will definitely recommend this place a million times over! Thank you, Megan, for making our special day even more memorable!

Exactly as advertised and had all the amenities I needed. Nice area and surroundings. Clear instructions. Very friendly and responsive host. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Amy's place. It was comfortable, clean and close to Cedarville University. Obviously a lot of quality work and loving care went into the house. The snacks, books and other extras were a nice touch. We would highly recommend it.

This was a cozy place to stay. The fenced in backyard was great. The instructions were clear and the house is on a quiet street. We loved it!

We booked Faye and Scott’s place because we had a lot of family coming into town for our daughter’s wedding. So we’re close by, but didn’t have room for everyone. The house was charming, beautiful, and had everything we could have wanted. Our hosts were gracious and kind and available if we needed them (we didn’t!). As someone local to the area, we already knew this, but this home is the perfect downtown location - literally a few houses off the beaten path but close to all the small town action. It’s an easy walk to the coffee shops, library, thrift shop, and a couple restaurants, and only about 1/2 mile from the university. It’s very close to both the bike path and the gorge. Highly recommend this house - you won’t regret it!

This place is amazing so peaceful and beautiful, Karen and George were so friendly and welcoming. Loved their two shelties . I highly recommend this fabulous barn . Karen decorated it with class and special touches . I did not want to leave and I definitely want to return .The property is well taken care of by both Of them and it shows . Can’t say enough this place is one of the best I have been to

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the River House! All the little touches; with the welcome snacks, the amenities, and how amazingly clean the house was made everything so nice. The house is very welcoming and homey. Joe and Christina were extremely responsive hosts and provided use with wonderful hospitality!

Omggggg this Airbnb was amazing spacious, clean, enough room for everyone and we had 6 people the kids loved the games the house had 5 bedrooms with plenty of beds. Clean house, the host was thoughtful and kind she even checked on us twice during the stay. If I stay anywhere again in Xenia or yellow springs it would be here. This house was super convenient towards all our wants and needs… did I mention the host was very thoughtful and caring . If I could give this house a 10 star I would STAY HERE IF YOU Want to feel right at come highly recommended

This house was perfect for our group of bicyclists riding the OTET - the Ohio to Erie Trail. It was perfectly located here are the things we loved about the place: amazing hot water! It never ran out and the shower was soooooo great, the beds were really comfortable, there was a really nice coffee bar in the kitchen that included some snacks, teas, and coffee, a Keurig, and a hot water kettle, Mollie - the host, was super friendly and accommodating of our group. It felt friendly and comfortable - the perfect place for respite after 48 miles on the bike trail that day!

A fantastic farm to stay at! Fishing was superb and the sky was very dark for stargazing! The half a mile walk was quite the distance when transporting a lot of things to the site. Also, “glamping” may be a bit of a stretch. Nothing was bad, but when something is labeled as glamping I would expect a shower that wasn’t far away. I would also expect more premium cookware, the stuff available wasn’t the best. Overall great stay, just not glamping in my opinion.

This was the perfect place for our larger group to be together for a few days. Nice large living room, kitchen and dining room so we could all move around. Great yard and the stream was a hit with the kids. Carol provided everything we needed to enjoy the bonfire including lots of chairs and bug spray.

We loved our stay! It’s the perfect place to get away and have some peace and quiet! We enjoyed the privacy of the location but also that it was only 15min away from lots of great restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to relax and get away!

Came up from Virginia for a weekend conference and needed a place for 7 people to stay. The house was clean and had enough space for us to be able to spread out. It also had a very nice game room in the basement along with a bathroom and bedroom.

I was very comfortable here!
