House vacation rentals in Cayuga County

The house and property was just as described. It was very clean and Victoria responded immediately always. Beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. We couldnt enjoy the pool of course but it looked well kept as well as the grounds. We were a family of 5 + 2 dogs and we were all comfortable! There are neighborhood dogs that run around the neighborhood but they are friendly. I'm just mentioning this because if anyone goes with their furbabies, have them on a leash. Quiet neighborhood so great place to dosconnect. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Victoria!

We are long time airbnb users and were impressed with Mark personally being there when we checked in and out . There was also a special welcoming committee which I ended up calling " the boys". Carpenter male bees don't have stingers so relax and embrace the nature of this wood home. Bring your own drinking water but relish in the softly infused mineral well water (so good for your skin) The barrel race was cancelled due to rain but we were happy to just enjoy the game room and a movie. Donna moved schedules around when it finally cleared so we could do a horseback ride- a highlight because of our guides Leonard and Billie. Kathy was so quick to answer my multiple questions also. The town and state park are close but seem like a different world. Mark and Donna have a gem in this place.We are grateful to have had the chance to enjoy what they graciously offer to us all. This home is beautiful and very clean. Lots to do for the whole family. Great place to escape to and relax. Beds are so comfortable you won’t want to get out.

Tony’s house was beautiful! So spacious with an amazing patio and relaxing hot tub. Everything was so neat and clean we all felt right at home! Would absolutely go again!

Cheryl’s place was charming and very spacious! The beds were very comfy, the kitchen was well stocked and the location was very convenient to Syracuse and the surrounding area. We didn’t use the dining room but it would have been a great space for a large group. Cheryl was very responsive and check in was easy. We will definitely be back.

the house is perfect and filled, lots of amenities and the house was easy to get around, I liked that there were toiletries and spices to use during our stay as well.

beautiful home. saw lots of wildlife, fantastic lake view. the kitchen was gorgeous and loved the coffee maker. you could make one cup or a whole pot. it rained while we were there so the large number of movie stations were great, and my daughters had a blast playing the card games. Tara makes you feel right at home! will.definally be back!

Stefinie and Walt’s place was fantastic. They made sure the whole family had everything they needed to have a comfortable place to stay. The house was spotless and had so much character! It was apparent that dogs were welcome. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nick’s place is lovely, right close to downtown and so many other locations in the area. Nick is a very gracious host and very responsive; the instructions are clear. He did a wonderful job providing the little extras, such as: coffee/tea/hot chocolate pods, cooking oils and seasonings, prepared ice trays, extra towels and bedding, and many more really shows how Nick takes extra care on making sure their guests are comfortable and feel welcomed. His home is cozy and was a perfect little retreat for us and our fur-babies. A great host wants to make sure you feel right at home and he did just this.

The house is small and cozy, perfect for a couple. We loved it. The sunrise looking out the living room windows is phenomenal. The views of the lake are great. Non-stop fish jumping in the lake. Fishing from the dock was good. Caught a bass by the dock.

The house was beautiful, perfectly designed and spotless. Perfect for our long weekend during our son’s graduation from Oswego State. A hotel is no comparison! Maria and Russ were very responsive and accommodating.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb. The home was beautiful, very spacious, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—exactly what I needed during my visit. I traveled down from the DMV area to see family and ended up extending my stay, which was handled smoothly and without any issues. Dawn, the host, was incredibly responsive and made the entire process easy from start to finish. I’m truly grateful for such a positive experience and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend!

Great quiet and lovely location for a get-a-way. Near the finger lakes, waterfalls, hiking, Skaneateles (we loved), Auburn & Syracuse. Clean and nicely decorated. Stairs leading up to Cottage were not bad, secure railing helps. Nicely stocked with day to day items. Faucet water was drinkable, in fact crisp. Not a regret at all with booking it!

What a perfect spot for a family gathering! The seating areas—outside, dining, just hanging out—were spacious and comfortable. We spent hours together on the back deck and around the fire pit. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well-apportioned, clean, and accommodating. Thanks, Tim, for sharing your great bungalow with us!!!

Loved the cabin. It had everything we needed and then some. We really enjoyed that it was walking distance to town and right next to Fair Haven State park. Definitely recommend!

We loved this warm and cozy home and felt right at home. The decor is beautiful and it has all the comfort one could ask for. We enjoyed using the funicular to go down to the lake. Very safe and convenient! Pauley was super responsive and friendly and would love to come back in future.

We really enjoyed our stay. A lot of boating and fishing was done. Was nice to wake up to a lake view every morning. Would stay thereafter again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the house! The hosts were kind enough to allow us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. The home is well-equipped and well-maintained, with everything we needed thoughtfully provided. We especially loved the beautiful aesthetics and design throughout the space. There was plenty of outdoor space to enjoy—comfortable seating, fun games, and a relaxing hot tub. We didn’t have enough time to experience everything, but we’re already looking forward to coming back for a longer stay. Thank you also for arranging the boat rental—the experience on Lake Owasco was absolutely beautiful. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Our trip to Skaneateles was made even better by staying at Christopher's property. He was very responsive and friendly. The home is perfection! Everything was thought of from coffee to ample silverware to updated appliances and super comfortable beds. Loved the treats left for us after our very late arrival. The home is spotless. I'm a fairly picky traveler and will 100% be staying at this property again next time we are in the area. Between the host, the property, the location...there isn't a better option in Skaneateles!!
