Apartment vacation rentals in Cave Spring

We just stayed two nights in this apartment while in town to watch my son race at Lake Sugar Tree MX track in Axton. It was just a nice 20 minute drive. This apt is one of the cleanest Airbnb rentals we’ve stayed at. Beautifully decorated, super comfortable bed and pillows! Quiet and private. Will definitely book again for future stays.

Stephen was a GREAT host! He sent me a great "How To Check-in" video before the trip. This showed where to park and how to enter the apartment. He was responsive and proactive with anything and everything we needed! 10/10 would absolutely stay here again!!!

Absolute gem. Both the location and Karen. I will always look to stay again anytime I’m in the area. The unit was so intentionally designed and offered such peaceful surroundings. There were so many extra touches to the rental and Karen was willing to go above and beyond when I thought I left something behind.

We had a GREAT stay!!! I’m from the area and came home to visit - was looking for a nicely located “base” and it was perfect. Will absolutely be keeping this in mind for more trips home. Even forgot a bag upon check out and was contacted promptly so that I could return and grab it.

We had a lovely stay at Dovies Nest. It was spacious, clean and inviting. Nice amenities. We loved having the fireplace as it was uncharacteristically cool during our stay. It was very close for great hiking nearby and Bedford is a quaint little town to visit.

I checked in Dec 28 still present its almost 4 months now me and my family had stay here do to renovations of our home. We were only expecting to stay 30 days, but it didn’t turn out that way I had to keep extending it, I wanted to say thank you so much for letting us stay it was nice and clean. The neighborhood is quiet. I really really enjoyed the peaceful area being here and I just wanted to thank them because I needed a place to stay short term and they were there for me I took care of their property the best I could while I was there I just want to say thank you they are good people to rent from

The description said recently remodeled and it was accurate. Very upscale renovations, the bathroom even had the seat warmer and bidet, the shower was sensational, plenty of towels. The kitchen was all brand new appliances and tasteful living space with large screen tv there and one in the bedroom. The bedroom is light filled with 3 windows. Very comfy mattress and pillows. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of free curbside parking right out front. Easy to walk to downtown Roanoke for restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend breakfast at Our Daily Bread-just two short blocks away.

This little apartment is actually a lot nicer than the photos suggest. Situated in a quiet neighborhood in the countryside, clean, cozy, and comfortable. Brianna is a great host, very responsive and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay.

Birgit was wonderful throughout our entire stay! She welcomed us and recommended some really great restaurants nearby. Very peaceful neighborhood while still being within a short drive of downtown. Would absolutely stay again, thanks so much Birgit :)

A great stay in downtown Roanoke, close to the action! Very easy to access the space and Conny was incredibly responsive. As advertised and would stay again! We stayed during the weekend so there was quite a lot of late-night music and noise outside on the street, but that's to be expected in a bustling downtown area during summer. Can't beat the close walking distance to so many restaurants and activities!

Perfectly set up for a couple or single person. Private and comfortable with a great host...would definitely stay here again.

Elizabeth was kind and responded to messages very quickly. She made the check-in/checkout process very easy as well. The studio was exactly like the photos and was perfectly equipped for a longer stay. There are upstairs tenants that you might hear from time to time but they generally keep noise to a reasonable level. The place was cozy and easy to find. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Alex’s space truly felt like an extension of their home (and mine)! We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations, this is definitely one of the top Airbnb locations we have stayed in. Alex went above and beyond by giving a gift for our daughter graduating from VT which was the reason for our visit. Blacksburg is a wonderful place overall!

Beautiful place in a great location downtown. I enjoyed walking around Floyd from this location.

This was an exceptional experience for my husband and I. Michelle was wonderful, informative and kind. We had not one issue the 3 nights we stayed. The view is amazing and this condo has everything you need to cook with, make coffee, and more. Super grateful for this experience at smith mountain Lake.

Our stay in Floyd was incredibly peaceful—tucked in the heart of nature, quiet, private, and serene. Kathryn was a wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The hot tub was a perfect touch for relaxation. The kitchen was well stocked. We also attended a beautiful Mother’s Day gathering in the main house with music and a potluck, which was truly special. The hosts made the entire experience even more memorable. We loved every moment!

We had a wonderful stay while in for a wedding. The cottage is so cute and homey. It has everything you need for a great stay plus some thoughtful extras. I must also say the beds are so comfortable and the hot tub was a great way to end our days. Highly recommend staying here.

A great little place to stay at Smith Mountain Lake. My husband and I stayed for Memorial Day weekend and it was the perfect location to the state park. We were very comfortable and the bed was great! We also had a cold rainy day so we took advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub. Will definitely stay here again!

WOW! What a gem. This was perfect for graduation weekend. Carol was the hostess with the mostest. We loved the private space and beautiful view from the deck. Really appreciated the full kitchen space. Every little amenity Carol provided made our trip complete. Can’t wait to go back.

We love Peggy’s place. The view is wonderful, and everything well apportioned. This is our second stay and would gladly visit again.

My wife and I enjoyed a quick anniversary trip here and we were 10/10 pleased! The room was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. The location is amazing, from the view to the convenience of the pool, and dining. We were even able to rent a boat on site which was very convenient. Overall we had such a fun and relaxing time, and Susan was very easy to work with!
