Large modern studio on the ground floor of a villa with pool, very quiet place 5 minutes from the sea and the center of Porticcio (by car) and 15 minutes from the airport. Our place is great for couples and solo travelers without kids. The pool is shared with the owners (from 9am to 7pm approximately) with a minimum temperature of 26° from 04/01 to 10/31. Recent 2020 villa of 125 m2 composed of 3 bedrooms equipped with TV, air conditioning with individual thermostat, 2 bathrooms with whirlpool and walk-in shower, as well as a lounge area open to a kitchen equipped with a pizza oven. The outdoor area offers a pool area with pool house consisting of a fully equipped kitchen (with TV and pizza oven) as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower. A pétanque court runs along the house.
