Vacation rentals with beach access in Cattolica

Jacopo was genuinely very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and very nice. I think even better than in the pictures. Altogether I had a very good stay at Jacopos apartment.

Marina and her husband are exquisite people, able to make you feel at home from the first minute. Very helpful, they offer very comfortable accommodation (a few minutes' walk from the sea and the center), functional and perfect even for a family like us with small children.

Nice modern apartment with comfortable beds; lovely beach views. We needed to make some use of the air conditioning as the weather was so hot during our stay.

Good apartment to explore Rimini and surrounding areas for a few days. I didn't miss anything in the apartment. Great location right on the beach, bus stop (to the train station to the city center) also nearby. The possibility to rent bicycles is particularly good.

Our stay in this apartment was fantastic, Simona is an exceptional host! She was very welcoming and made us feel at home, too bad we only stayed one weekend! The apartment is perfect, it is equipped with all the amenities and is just a short walk to the beach. A note of merit also goes to the wonderful dog Diana, always ready to welcome us on our return!!

Beautiful apartment, very clean, with sea view from the window in the kitchen. Air conditioning, both in the kitchen and in the bedroom. Free beach in front of the house with umbrella and deck chairs provided by Endrio. Beach with facilities 50 m away. Restaurants 100 meters away. Pizzeria that delivers to your accommodation. I was very satisfied, the room is small but nice and everything you need is available. Especially the kitchen is well equipped. The location is great, right by the beach and the bus stop that leads to Rimini. Thank you Michelle!

Ezio was awesome. He was always responsive and friendly. The place is great, near to the sea and some restaurants. It’s a bit far from the city center, but getting there biking through the pier and beach side is so beautiful. Would 100% recommend staying here: great place and great host

We are traveling with a 3 year old kid and were looking for a nice place for the whole family to stay in Fano for a week. Stefano made our stay here just great! Stefano was very helpful during check-in and check-out time, he met us for an early check-in and was super flexible with the late checkout as well. This was very convenient for us and much appreciated! Location is great- an easy walk to the beach (where Stefano have arranged sunbeds and umbrellas for all of us), and a short walk to the downtown too! the place has parking space for the car, and includes breakfast options, which we used daily. Overall it was a beautiful experience, our family gad a great time here!

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

We rented a large ground floor apartment from Serafina in Senigallia, in a house that stands on a hill. The hill extends into the city. From the garden of the house you can see the Adriatic Sea 3 km away. If you leave the house in the opposite direction, you come directly into the beautiful hilly landscape of the Marche. There you can take small hikes. We were here for the second time and immediately felt at home. This is thanks to Serafina and her husband Francesco, their warmth and hospitality. We will be happy to come back to Senigallia, because Senigallia is a beautiful, modern city connected to its historical heritage, beach life and art.

The reception by Elisa was fantastic. She had even taken the trouble to arrange an interpreter. We could ask anything and get an immediate answer. A very beautiful area with nice beaches. The place itself is also very cozy with plenty to do. You won't get bored. A very nice house, with a lovely garden. Everything very clean. We enjoyed it so much that we want to come back next year.

For over two weeks, we enjoyed Rosie and Salvo's beautiful house together with our two pugs. The house is spacious, private but still close to the beach and center of Fano. The house has a beautiful garden. Anything you need is present. Salvo and Rosie are quick to reach and are helpful. We felt very comfortable with Chiara. The apartment was clean and cute. Many small items such as toilet paper, salt, coffee or detergent were already available. Chiara always responded to messages quite promptly and was always courteous and friendly. In addition to answering questions, she also sent recommendations for activities in the area. The only thing we were missing in June was actually air conditioning, which 😅 we hadn't paid attention to before. Because it is only one room, it is difficult to create a draft. Otherwise, the area is quite quiet and you are 3 minutes' walk from the beach!

I enjoyed an amazing getaway in Rimini thanks to Veronica's place. Very well located, super close to restaurants, markets and above all public transport to get around easily. Veronica is always ready to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible. 100% recommended

Luxurious accommodation. We stayed as a family, we all liked it. The owner of the apartment arranged a transfer from the airport and back, for us it was a necessary convenience. Clean, cozy, close to the beach. Recommended 👍

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return!
