Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Caswell Beach

The 5 of us old high school pals had a stupendous time. Tons of laughter on the deck overlooking the water. Great views! The cottage had everything we needed!

Our stay here was simply amazing! Beautiful and quiet neighborhood and a very easy, short walk to the beach. Everything was as described and there were many thoughtful touches! We had 2 kids with us and it was a perfect fit for our family. I would definitely stay again!

My family all loved Charlie’s house! It was a great layout for adults chatting around the kitchen bar while kids had room to play. Kitchen was well equipped and furniture was comfortable. Having the linens in plastic wrap was a nice touch and felt very clean and safe. The beach was really nice in front of the house. Climbing over the dunes gave us a good workout, but also gave us privacy from beach walkers, etc. Hoping to rent here again!

I absolutely LOVE this place! Our family has stayed here several times and we have loved our stay every time. The communication is always great! The house is always beautiful - with everything you could possibly need.. and then some! The house is in the perfect location! Such a quick walk to the beach! I love taking walks in the morning in this neighborhood- with the beautiful Oak trees! It is truly a gem!!

Our family stay at the Barefoot Bungalow was great! It was walking distance to the beach and had a wonderful porch for morning coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed and the rest of the house was just as described. We brought our own linens but they offered a linen service if we had needed it. The hosts were very responsive and had a helpful guide for the area. The washer and dryer were excellent amenities! We would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

We loved the hammock house! It was so peaceful and beautiful. It was also very convenient to be able to walk to the beach easily and there were amazing restaurants and plenty to do nearby. We will be back!

This was our second stay at Julie and Darren’s and we love how comfy and cozy their home is. They provide everything you could possibly need for your stay and we always feel at home in their space! Definitely rent their golf cart. It makes getting around the island more convenient and fun!

What an absolutely amazing week at the most amazing house! Drew’s place was exactly as described! Pictures don’t even do it justice! It had everything we needed and more. We had a few questions during the week Andrew was quick to respond and walk us through any instructions we needed or suggestions. The guidebook when we arrived at the House was super helpful with suggestions for restaurants and other activities! The backyard was super enjoyable and the beach is extremely walkable! We did rent a golf cart, and I would suggest doing that as well for everyone because in fact everyone in the town rents a golf cart and that’s the main mode of transportation around the area. We will definitely be looking to stay here again!!

The Seahorse Castle was perfect for 2! Clean, plenty of dishes and kitchen must haves, a soakable sized tub, decorated with beachy vibes, and just as described. If you have 4x4 I recommend Fort Fisher to drive out and set up on the beach. We had an amazing time, ate good food, heard live music, went to CB market around the lake Saturday morning, and can’t wait to return! Jeanette’s place will always be special to us, we got engaged! 💕 Kelly & Pauly

The view the view the view! Listen to the beach your whole trip from your balcony. Comfortable, clean, convenient location, private and quiet! Excellent unit! We travel a lot and this was our favorite vacation spot ever!

We absolutely loved our stay! Lisa is a great host and she made us feel very welcomed! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything you could possibly need during your stay, from various tea flavors to beach chairs. The area is very quiet and beautiful, only a short drive to historic downtown and about 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Wilmington! What a lovely home in beautiful historic Wilmington! The location could not have been better: it is walking distance to the riverwalk, restaurants, shopping, and much more. The balcony was an added pleasure; we enjoyed coffee every morning with a beautiful view and tranquil evenings after dinner. Thank you, Steven. We will be back for sure!

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our long weekend stay - the location was perfect, with restaurants, shopping and beach access within steps. Very convenient and felt safe to walk around with our son, both morning and at night. The dedicated parking spots, along with generous beach day and in-unit amenities were very much appreciated. The morning and evening views from the balcony were peaceful - by far one of our favorite long weekend memories as a family. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach trip location with responsive, welcoming hosts. We will be booking again!

Perfect location! Just a few steps to the beach on a coded private walkway. Within easy walkable distance to the boardwalk for us & our small dog. Britts donuts has always been one of my favorite places! Condo was very clean. The king bed was really comfy. Amanda messaged after we checked in to make sure everything was going good & that we didn't have any issues with anything. I would highly recommend this condo.

We absolutely loved our week at Anne’s condo. It was not only beautifully decorated, but also very cozy and comfortable. Our favorite place to hang out was on the deck overlooking the beach and pool. The kitchen was amazing. Everything we needed was right there. The beds were so comfortable. Anne was extremely helpful in every way. She answered all my questions and provided lots of great helpful hints about where to visit and eat. It was an awesome first visit to Ocean Isle Beach and definitely not our last.

This is a great stay! The condo was super clean, had everything we needed, & in a great location.

As soon as you walk in the door you see the amazing view of the ocean through the wall of glass doors onto the deck. The decor was very “beachy” and absolutely beautiful! Bathroom was clean and functional. Bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Just like home. Close access to the beach which we used 6 of the 7 days we were there. And right next to the pool! Extremely easy to find and to easy to access! Close to many restaurants! Book of instructions, favorite restaurants and things to do. Also a guest book that many who stayed there left great suggestions for food and fun. Our son and daughter in law stayed here in 2022 and recommended #501. The place was clean and lovely with a beautiful view and sitting in the balcony during the evening breeze was refreshing. Everything was just in walking distance and does not require a car if you are fond of exploring. We will definitely love to book this place again when we visit wilmington.

We have stayed here a few times and have always had a great experience! Anne is very responsive and always friendly. The place is well equipped and comfortably accommodates our family of five. Definitely recommend!

Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING! Great apartment with a perfect location. The balcony had amazing views. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and easy to find. Free parking about two minute walk away. The apartment was walking distance from great restaurants and bars.
