My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

Little Oaks, nestles in its own fenced off spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oak trees, well placed in Lincolnshire, but on the borders with Rutland, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire on our small holding, looking out over rolling countryside. Our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!

Oak Tree Annexe

Oak Tree Annexe is set in a secluded and secure walled garden. You can park for free directly outside the house and will be staying in one of Rutland’s most desirable villages. Set on the fabulous cycle route around the water and with access to great walks directly from the house or a short drive away it’s a perfect location for exploring Rutland. Our village pub is a 3 minute stroll, serves food 7 days a week and offers our guests a 10% discount on their meals.

It is a one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed and bedding. With a private bathroom, with a shower, sink, toilet and towels. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, portable electric hob, fridge, toaster, saucepans, plates, glasses and cutlery. EETV, Roku smart tv and WiFi. Free on street parking. We have off street parking available on request. Extra amenities include - travel cot, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

Self-contained Studio annexe in Oakham.

Lovely studio, has its own entrance at the front of house and access to back garden through the patio doors in the room. Recently added a shower in the studio so it is completely self contained now. Small kitchen area with sink and a full size fridge, and a washing machine if needed. There is one double bed in the studio, but also a self inflating single air bed with bedding if required. Smoking is not allowed throughout the property .
