Detached house in semi-detached house. It is 600 meters distant from a cristal clear sea. It has also a panoramic view and a small private swimming pool(from June to September) The villa is made up of a large living room with a chimney and some windows through which it is possible to enjoy the view on the sea. It provides also a kitchenette and a dishwasher, two rooms, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. It is located 20 km from Cagliari and very close to other wonderful beaches .

We are at the "First Stop" of the Poetto, the initial part of the beach over 10 km long, 20 steps from the sea, the yatch club and the marina. In front of us, the symbol of Cagliari, the hill called "saddle of the devil". P.S. It is two hundred steps from the sea and at the same distance there are all the necessary amenities (supermarket, pizzeria, fishmonger, tobacco shop, ATM, bar).
