The house is located in the City Center, just near the Port and the little beach of "Petrolo". The apartment is composed by a living-room with a kitchen and a balcony, a double bedroom (upstairs) one room with a bunk bed, one bathroom. The location is very close to the main attractions of the area: you might have a great walking into the Zingaro Natural Park (20 minutes by car), or see the medieval town of Erice, the ancient greek temple of Segesta and the Village of Scopello. The street is very quiet but close to supermarkets (medium size), cafes, restaurants and other shops. You can walk to the Port where you can have a breakfast or a dinner just in front of the sea!

Splendida dimora tipicamente siciliana sita in pieno centro storico e caratterizzata dalla magnifica vista sul mare e dalla vicinanza alla spiaggia (20 metri dal primo accesso alla Cala di Petrolo) La vicinanza alla costa vi permetterà di trascorre un soggiorno ascoltando sempre il rumore del mare da ogni ambiente della casa. L'immobile è composto da un ampio salone, cucina soggiorno con affaccio sul mare, due camere da letto di cui una a strapiombo sulla spiaggia e un ampio bagno con doccia.
