Excellent stay! Building very well located, with good access, close to everything. Well-maintained, extremely clean and tidy mt apartment, overlooking the sea and complete with everything we need to spend the days of hosting. I was super satisfied with the stay and with the host who is always available and super easy to deal with! Highly recommend! Worth it!

My stay was excellent! The apartment is super comfortable, well equipped and very cozy — I felt at home, it has all the necessary utensils and a little more. The air conditioned are all working perfectly. The location is also great, with 20 steps we are on the beach. I want to highlight especially the attention and care of Hosts, Odilon and Fabiana, always helpful and kind. I will definitely stay here again and I recommend with my eyes closed. Very cozy accommodation, very comfortable house and it suited my family very well. Clean space, easy to get the key. You could walk to the beach, but we chose to go by car. Wifi working perfectly. Very nice condominium with great structure.

Frederico's apartment is charming... very tidy, impeccably clean, smelling nice and organized. It's very close to the beach, and we had no issues at all. I don't know him personally, but he's a superhost, it was Easter and he even left chocolate for us on the table... it's really worth it...

I really liked the stay, the house was clean when I arrived, the check in was in a great time and very simple, the house is very cozy, the condominium is wonderful, there is barbecue area, swimming pools, soccer field, block, mini market, mini library, sauna, space to do exercises, restaurant, playground for children, an amazing lake, very quiet environment with 24-hour monitoring, very close to the beaches, it was great, the checkout was very simple too, for sure I will be back. Priscila answered me quickly, it was all easy for me. The only point I didn't like was the single mattresses, they were smelly, I had to sleep on the sofa bed, but otherwise no complaints.

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has everything we need. The apartment is facing the lake, with a pleasant view. I already knew the condominium, which is great, quiet. It is not far from the beach, by car it is 3 minutes, on foot should be a walk of about 10 minutes.

The house has exceeded our expectations! It's as beautiful as in the photos and had everything we needed for the weekend! Despite the slightly rainy weather, we enjoyed it a lot thanks to the heated hydro and sauna. We celebrated my birthday and my wife's birthday with friends and it was wonderful! Very nice spacious accommodation. It feels like very quickly like at home. Extraordinary view of the bay. many animals in the garden including 2 arrares who come to visit you. The pool terrace, some bindings to review.

I purposely rent Licelia place to be closed to where my Mom is, and I was right. The location was perfect. Besides see my Mom every single day I was blessed to be right in the heart of the beautiful Barra do Jucu. At Licelia's house we had everything we need it. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots ready to be used. At the table was a charming vase with natural yellow flowers and a plate with local fruits. Incredible! She even went on and beyond in leaving us brand new,clean bed sheets and towels. Her house was cozy, bright and peaceful. I strong recomend Licelia's place. I hope in God to be back that soon.

Linda and Mauro are wonderful hosts!!! They welcomed us in person and made sure to introduce us to everything. Extremely caring and considerate. Even pampering they left for us! Chocolates, flowers, walks to my Labrador. They are lovers! The house is exactly as advertised. The place really has a wonderful view and the condominium is very organized and pleasant. Especially for those who go with a pet. The beaches, Parque Paulo César Vinhas is all very close. To Linda and Mauro my eternal thanks.

Thank you Amanda for renting us is a wonderful home. The house had everything, good location and great access to many places. Already our second Carnival in Guarapari-ES and this was the best of all, not only for the house but for all the help that Amanda and her husband gave us.
