It is well worth the accommodation. It is extremely close to the beach, just a corner away from the beach of the hill, very well located. The extra good market is practically next door, not to mention the markets and restaurants. The apartment was impeccable with clean and overcomes the photos of the ad. We were very happy and satisfied with the comfort, with the location, with everything that the apt provided. Too much worth it! My family was delighted. We went in a group of 8 people and a baby and it was all very quiet and tasty. We stayed 9 days.

The location is perfect for getting in and out by car, going to the beach and walking on the sidewalk that borders the waterfront. The apartment is very nice, has a spacious balcony, it is well equipped with household items and with basic supplies (oil, salt, sugar), including an earthen filter, which made me save a lot of money with water. I had difficulty understanding how the concierge works, I suffered a little bit to get in and out at the beginning, but after I learned, my entrances and exits were perfect. The only complaints are due to the cleaning, because the cleaning was still being completed when I arrived, and the absence of liquid hand soap and soap for the bath. Luckily, I had brought soap to the bath. It's a great value for money.

We had a small mishap at check-in time, but nothing to hinder our stay. The apartment is great, spacious and well ventilated and is located only 1 block to the beach. We like it so much that we recommend to acquaintances. The Sandra that received us was very friendly and very receptive. The porters Mr. Marcelo and Aldair always very friendly and willing to help. Eliseo and Ivana were very helpful, they just didn't let me check in earlier because they had other guests in the assortment, but they were very flexible at check-out, I left around 2 in the afternoon... the apartment is very new and has everything a group of 5 people need. The location is excellent and has many shops nearby... I would definitely come back.

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

The penthouse is exactly as shown in the listing photos. The kitchen is really complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric water cooler and a gallon of bottled water. Undoubtedly, to improve the refrigerator and freezer of properties I have already rented. The hostess, Maria, is a very polite and always helpful person. We were greeted with a set table and a lemon pie (I loved this delicacy). the bed linens and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We just got home and we're already planning to stay at the penthouse again.

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has everything we need. The apartment is facing the lake, with a pleasant view. I already knew the condominium, which is great, quiet. It is not far from the beach, by car it is 3 minutes, on foot should be a walk of about 10 minutes.
