You will enjoy the surrounding countryside, the river and its beaches in summer as well as the pool, garden and terrace. A perfect place to disconnect. It's important to know that we live with our 4 cats who occupy the premises!

Two independent bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet.. On the ground floor, a large 45m2 living room with modern kitchen, large dining table and sofa bed are also at your disposal. All opening onto an outdoor terrace.

Close to the greenway bike path about 5 km, about 10 minutes from Réole and 15 minutes from the highway.

The proximity of the main cottage allows you to enjoy the other amenities (laundry room, bike garage, storage possible...). The space is equipped with a dry toilet. Access to the Gare SNCF and shops (Carrefour-Contact, boulangerie, pharmacy, bar-restaurant) is a 5-minute drive away.

In the heart of our property La part des Anges, we offer an independent studio with parking. A large warm room with modular beds that allow a one-bed or two single bed configuration. A separate kitchenette as well as toilet and bathroom. Linens and towels provided. Wifi and connected TV. Quietly, the studio enjoys beautiful country views. The pool is accessible from 6pm to 8pm.
