The apartment is located in a wonderful place with a beautiful view of the mountains and the river in which you can swim. To this a wonderful garden. Lucia is incredibly nice and helpful (she drove me to the train station). i was very happy there.

Both the hostess Maria Pia and her daughter were very kind and helpful. We were met at the street door and showed and explained details of the apartment. The apartment was was luminous, beautifully furnished and decorated, we had even fresh flowers. The apartment was spacious, perfectly situated and the view to the piazza was most wonderful with people sitting in cafes and children playing. The piazza itself is one of the most beautiful in Italy. Maria Pia was very friendly and hospitable and indeed had prepared for us everything we needed for a sweet breakfast.

Giorgio’s place was fantastic. His mom and dad greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. He has everything inside to make you feel like you’re at home. The view is amazing from the patio which we ate our breakfast from everyday. The restaurants are a couple of minutes walk and the grocery store is about a 10 minute walk too. It is a very quiet location and being on the fourth floor it’s even better. There are 73 stairs to climb to get to the room, which will help burn a few calories after you’ve eaten a large meal from one of the restaurants nearby. Parking can be challenging if there is a function in the town. We had to park by the grocery store one night but it was not a problem. We had a great stay and hope to come again every year! A warm welcome from Diana, with a small cake and a glass of wine from the estate. We felt like we were at home. A peaceful retreat surrounded by vines with a beautiful scenery of the region and mountains. Wine tasting of the estate unmissable by Amerigo sharing his passion with us. Diana, Amerigo, Emanuele, Pietro opened their doors to us, showed us around their winery and helped them participate in their activities. Always available, quick to do us a favor or inquire. The sea is about 15 minutes away, beautiful places to visit nearby, Ascoli Piceno, Castel Trosino, Grottammare Borgo Antico, Riserva Naturale Sentina, Civitella Del Tronto with its narrowest street in Italy. We had a pleasant stay, in a beautiful and quiet setting. At the end of our stay, we left with a pinch in the heart. We will not forget the kindness and hospitality of our hosts, not to mention Charly, an adorable little dog.

We stayed for the weekend, the place was as described. Clean, cute, everything in its place, less than a 10-minute walk to downtown. Mr. Giovanni immediately stood out for what he really is: kind available ready to give any advice. We were greeted impeccably and also provided us with breakfast products. The accommodation is located in a super quiet area, a very comfortable bed, but the thing I liked most is to be woken up by the fifth of the birds. The only thing to consider for people who have difficulties is that the apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator, but this is already rightly mentioned in the description of the apartment.

I was in this wonderful oasis and this wonderful stilt house, a daydream. I come from a chaotic city like Rome, and coming here and hearing only the rustle of the trees and the chirping of the birds is unparalleled. The very kind hosts invited us to dinner at their place and treated us as if we were family. I give 5 stars because I can't do more, but everything is perfect. Thank you, really!

Wonderful holidays with my husband and kids😍the house is wonderful! Well equipped, everything very clean, we felt at home! Simply wonderful view. Perfect place if you want to relax and enjoy with your family. Samira was great with us, very helpful, gave us great tips. I highly recommend it!!!!
