Monthly Rentals in Cascina Costa Lora

This apartment is located in the middle of the town within 5 minutes walk to everything in Casale town center. The host was very responsive to my questions. The apartment had 2 large bedrooms and a large living room area. Only issue was no air conditioning. there was a portable air conditioning unit but we couldn't use it because the vent was not in apartment. but overall great host and apartment!

Absolutely magical stay at Cascina San Marco! We had an incredible week here with our family. The breathtaking views across Monferrato’s rolling hills made every morning feel like waking up in a postcard. The pool was our absolute favorite spot – crystal clear, perfectly positioned for those stunning panoramic views, and kept our kids (even the teenagers!) happily occupied for hours. This property is ideal for families with plenty of space to spread out while encouraging togetherness. The kids could play safely while adults relaxed and unwound. The highlight was exploring the enchanting Monferrato region and its charming local villages, each more picturesque than the last. Having this peaceful sanctuary as our home base made every adventure even more special. The hosts were wonderful – responsive, helpful with recommendations, and clearly take great pride in their spotless property. We’re already planning our return trip! Don’t hesitate to book – you won’t regret it.

We had a fantastic time at Filippo’s. They ensured that we didn’t have any stairs, as we were travelling with our 3 children ( 4,1,1). The property was super clean, had everything you needed and amazing scenery. The staff recommended Vineria Del Pozzo for authentic Italian meals from the area and it did not disappoint. Thank you for a fantastic stay Filippo we would definitely come back again soon!
