One bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and the other bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and a desk. The bathroom has tub/ shower combo with safety bars. Apartment as pictured and is extremely secure. Comfortable matrress. Nicely stocked with tea, coffee, spices, some other items you would use everyday in the kitchen. Has Keurig and bean coffee with grinder and french press. Also has a selection of Montana blend teas. Even though this is a basement unit I never heard any noise from the upstairs units. Location in general is quiet and especially so at night. Has very good instructions for getting into the unit. Book on table has recommendations for local attractions and local places to eat. Excellent checkout instructions. Would rent again.

Home was very cozy. 3 bedroom and 1 bath. Nice kitchen and living room. Perfect for our weekend there in Fairfield. Right downtown so close to coffee shops and stores. Cheryl was prompt on answering all questions and very nice to rent from! Only thing to note is an incline of stairs to get to the apartment. There are nice railings on both side of the stairs but if you have a family member who has difficulty climbing stairs it may be difficult to access the apartment.

Everything was as stated. Place was clean, neat and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for.

I highly recommend Rose’s home. She had everything there we’d ever need plus more. Snacks and water bottles, tea and coffee.. she had it all and it made us feel like she was happy we were there. Lovely little place!

I totally recommend this place if you are needing a very clean, updated, affordable home to stay at with the best working layout for a family. Jeff was an amazing host. His response time was super quick.

The house was private and cozy. Had everything we needed to spend the week with our grandchildren. They even had a pack n play out and ready with toys and a small high chair. Kitchen was stocked with good spices, and even had cooking oil available. My grand daughters loved the large yard to run around in, and the long driveway gave them plenty of room to ride their bikes. We would totally stay here again.
