Vacation rentals with beach access in Casamicciola Terme

Das Studio ist größer als die Fotos vermuten lassen. Wir hatten 2 große Reisekoffer und immer noch viel Platz. Auf den Mini-Balkon passten 2 Stühle und es ließ sich herrlich die ganze Marina Grande beobachten. Eine Busstation liegt direkt davor. (Es gibt 2 Busgesellschaften, die völlig getrennt voneinander in Bezug auf Fahrplan & Tickets arbeiten) Das Studio ist gut ausgestattet, hat ein raffiniertes Lichtkonzept. Die Waschmachine auf dem Dach lässt sich über die Treppe mit ein bisschen Fitness und Beweglichkeit auch gut erreichen. Marica hat sich gut um uns gekümmert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great views from the balcony. Right on the water with a ton of restaurant options. Very spacious. A little difficult getting in and up the elevator but once we figured it out was very easy.

Le logement était super, au calme et parfaitement situé pour pouvoir y accéder à pied depuis le port. Nous avons d’ailleurs tout fait à pied sur l’île depuis le logement. Giuseppe est un hôte extrêmement accueillant, qui nous a donné d’excellentes recommandations. Merci encore! Nous reviendrons à Procida et si possible chez Giuseppe. À bientôt!

Massimo was a great host, he offered free shuttle to and from the city centre upon check in and check out, he provided recommendations for things to do, and he was very responsive throughout our stay. The place has a beautiful view.

Sin da subito ci siamo sentiti accolti. Kikko è una persona solare, disponibile e molto corretta. Il suo alloggio è come in foto, inoltre molto pulito ed ordinato. Da casa di Kikko si raggiungono in pochi minuti le spiagge più belle (Sorgeto, Baia della Pelara, Baia di Citara e Sant' Angelo) ma anche luoghi da visitare quali i Giardini Ravino, Poseidon e i Giardini della Mortella. Insomma un alloggio che consiglio sicuramente anche solo per conoscere Kikko: i suoi consigli per dove mangiare e dove andare sono stati eccellenti. Consiglio di affittare uno scooter e Kikko vi darà i contatti.

Beautiful clean place with comfortable beds. They had a nice kitchen and great views from the balcony. Perfect location for walking around.

Gemütliche Unterkunft in idealer Lage auf der idyllischen Insel Procida. Wir haben es geliebt auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, aufs Meer zu blicken und das entspannte Treiben der Marina Corricella zu beobachten.

As soon as we stepped into the house we felt at home. A place with a family history, Margherita’s house was memorable. Sitting outside and watching the sunset was unique…The location is calm and with a little walk you easily get to every place. We already think of coming back to Procida and stay longer at Margherita’s house. Marco really did a beautiful work to keep it comfy and familiar. Thank you Marco!

We had an amazing 4 nights in this beautiful location, Melania’s place is situated in an idyllic area. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Melania gave us lots of suggestions of places to visit and where to eat and was very helpful. We would love to return again sometime in the future. This place is a real gem!

Maria è una host fantastica, molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è dotata di tutto quello che serve, lo spazio esterno è molto gradevole e funzionale per il rientro dal mare. La posizione è molto comoda, vicinissima al mare (a piedi), alla fermata dell’autobus, a negozi e ristoranti. Raccomando fortemente!

Mieszkanie bardzo przyjemne z przestronnym tarasem i robiącym ogromne wrażenie widokiem na morze i port . Wejście do apartamentu jest wśród bardzo zadbanych kwiatów co bardzo lubię . W mieszkaniu było wszystko co potrzebowaliśmy . Bardzo blisko jest przystanek autobusowy aby dojechać do centrum Capri . Wyspa piękna i bardzo dobrze skomunikowana . Silvana i Francesco bardzo pomocni , od razu reagujący na nasze potrzeby . Bardzo dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt . Najlepszy nasz wyjazd ! Gorąco polecam ten apartament , znakomity ❤️🌹

Had a great stay at Raffaele and Teresa’s lovely bungalow. It was a good size and had everything you need, it was very clean and very comfortable and had a wonderful view of the sea on the patio, which we loved. The bungalow was in a great location, close to the Port with restaurants, shops etc. and so easy to access everything you need. As well as being within the lovely Borgo and so close to the beach on the other side. Teresa and Raffaele were fabulous hosts and so friendly and welcoming to us and made us feel right at home. They gave us lots of recommendations about the area, places to eat and things to do. They very proactive and always available, and we enjoyed our chats with Teresa very much. Would gladly recommend, and would return again.

Annamaria was a very generous and helpful host. We got around the language barrier by using the translate app. She gave us helpful tips about good restaurants and bars and provided a map of the city with points of interests marked on it. The location was perfect, very central and with beautiful surroundings. The private balcony was lovely to sit out in the evening to enjoy a glass of wine or two! Annamaria arranged for someone to collect us from the airport when we arrived and a taxi on our last day. We stayed for 10 days and she arranged for the apartment to be cleaned half way through our stay. She also gave us a welcome gift of beautiful pastries! I would recommend staying in Annamaria’s apartment and would definitely like to stay there next time we visit Napoli.

I highly recommend this room! It looks exactly like the photos—spacious and very comfortable! The location is excellent, just a short walk from the port, making it easy to explore other places. Ferry tickets can be purchased nearby, which was super convenient! Pamela is an amazing and understanding host. Our flight to Sorrento got canceled, leaving us unable to arrive as planned, but Pamela was extremely responsive and kind. She allowed us to postpone our stay by a day without any issues—we truly appreciate her flexibility! Upon arrival, Pamela’s husband warmly welcomed us. Since the room is on the top floor (around 3rd-4th floor), he kindly helped us carry our luggage upstairs and even provided helpful tips about local attractions. Pamela is a truly outstanding host—whenever we had questions or issues, she responded promptly with solutions. We’re so grateful for her kindness and patience. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille. La communication avec notre hote a toujours été bonne, cordiale et très réactive en cas de problème ou question. L'appartement est bien situé en bord du littoral avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la baie de Naples (du coté balcon et chambre des enfants) et sur le Vésuve (du coté salle à vivre). L'appartement est grand, lumineux, bien entretenu et assez bien équipé. La plage à proximité est agréable. Il y a des commerces à proximité. Le seul point génant a été la difficulté à trouver un stationnement pour notre notre voiture les soirs de fin de semaine (vendredi au dimanche). Si vous venez en voiture, il est surement judicieux d'utiliser le stationnement proposé par l'hote.

Had an amazing stay. Francesca was really helpful and responded to queries immediately. The apartment is in a perfect location just a few mins from the train/bus station and right by the dock to get a boat to Capri. Great local restaurants. Really good supermarket right by apartment. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! Alice’s place was the most wonderful spot to stay in Sorrento! We appreciate how gracious she was letting us stay for our honeymoon. Francesco was also great at helping us check in and being a resource if we needed anything throughout the trip. The apartment was an easy walk to the city center, restaurants, and stores. Would definitely recommend anyone stay here!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt. Netter Kontakt, offen und hilfsbereit, einfacher Check-In. Die Lage direkt am Hafen mit Balkon mit traumhaftem Blick auf das rege Treiben am Hafen ist wirklich einmalig und erstaunlicherweise nicht einmal laut. laut. Gute Restaurants und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Die eng getakteten Busse, die direkt am Hafen abfahren/ankommen bringen einen überall hin auf der ganzen Insel. Wunderbar!
