In zona residenziale di Cecina, a 10 minuti di auto dal mare. Il parcheggio è libero in tutta la via dell'appartamento. L'appartamento è a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni di Cecina. Fermata Bus a 2 minuti a piedi. Per gli ospiti ci sono a disposizione due biciclette.
