Monthly Rentals in Cas Concos des Cavaller

We were looking for a quiet house in a beautiful location in Mallorca and found it at Jenny's. The house is older, but lovingly maintained, so that the original style has been preserved. We found it cozy. We liked the outdoor area very much and spent a lot of time in the outdoor kitchen. Communication with Jenny was great, she was always available and took care of things immediately. Los Guardias is a very tranquil villa set in some very nice grounds and ideal for us as a family group of 4 couples. We found the villa to be well equipped with the kitchen having everything we needed. The pool is excellent with enough shaded areas for everyone to sit. It’s only 10 minutes to Santanyi which has some excellent restaurants, a great market on Wed and Sat and plenty of supermarkets. Plenty of activities at Cala D’or and a nice small beach at Cala Santanyi.

Our stay was simply awesome. From check-in to the end of our vacation, everything was perfect. There was nothing missing, the place was super clean and exactly as described. The location is great and you can quickly reach everything surrounding it, be it the beach, restaurants, bars, etc. The bicycles that you can use are also great. Apollonia was super polite, explained everything to us and also gave great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. We would come back. It's definitely worth booking this place.

We had a wonderful time at Benjamin's house. We liked the location of the house very much, surrounded by nature, only the birds chirping, possibility for short walks and morning jogging to the monastery. We particularly liked the terraces and many beautiful seating options and the well-equipped kitchen invited us to cook. The communication with Benjamin was very easy and pleasant. We would have liked to have stayed longer:)
