Please note that we offer a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils in the kitchen area, there is no stove/ oven. Parties and events are not allowed. Any extra guests need to have prior approval from the host before they arrive on site.

This cozy boho themed duplex is located in Carthage, Missouri. It is a fully furnished studio that includes 1 queen bed, and a new innerspring full futon mattress. It has a newly updated bathroom, spacious kitchen, a work area, and high speed internet. A 55” Vizio Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, etc located in living room. Historic Schifferdecker Cottage

Built in 1846 and secluded on 5 gorgeous acres bordering Turkey Creek on the west and a paved walking trail on the south, this charming cottage was the home of Charles Schifferdecker, where he brewed his beer to sell in the "mining camp" called Joplin. Ironic to its seclusion, it is literally one block from the corner convenience store and mere minutes from such local destinations as MSSU, OCC & Joplin High School, as well as many restaurants and retail stores on Rangeline and Main Street.

Old Missouri Farm

Newly remodeled, 120 yr old farm house and cattle ranch on 125 acres of Ozark fields and forest off historic Route 66 Highway. We welcome those who can stay just one night or those who want to stay longer. Hike in our woods, view wildlife, enjoy a bonfire, or just sit on the porch and relax! We have an Activity Barn with all sorts of outdoor gear/toys. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and we are close to the historic town of Carthage where there are several great restaurants.
