Excelente apartamento!! Bien ubicado, con todo lo necesario para estadía corta o larga. Muy bien equipado. La Sra Lorena es una persona muy amable, agradable y dispuesta a prestar cualquier colaboración. De verdad muy recomendable.

Santiago was always very responsive, the check in was very easy the lobby people was very kind and helpful the building is very clean the piscina beautiful and front beach spectacular, the apartment was very clean and beautiful just like the pictures showed, I will come back greatly recommend it.

This was a great stay. Near restaurant some very good restaurants. The location cannot be defeated. They have a tattoo and piercing area nearby - ATMs were close and plenty(col banks). There's a walking trail along the coast, where you can enjoy the city view as you get some steps in. There's also an indoor tennis court across the street - definitely going to try that next time and probably book this place. They even have a hair transplant place nearby - I'll definitely consider this place again if I do the procedure. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a great location with plenty of things to do around.

Hermoso apartamento ubicado en un edificio nuevo con todas las comodidades. Tiene aire acondicionado, balcón, piscina compartida, piso de parqueaderos y acceso a la playa. Todo el personal muy atento y servicial. La entrada y el lobby con mucha vegetación y zonas verdes que te da mucha tranquilidad y da un aspecto espectacular. Muy recomendado y volvería sin pensarlo.

Maravilloso Alojamiento para mí y mi hija! Seguro para niños, acogedor, con todas las comodidades y una vista de Lujo. La piscina genial, limpia y ambiente familiar. El personal del Edificio muy amable y servicial. Salíamos a caminar y nos sentimos muy seguras, con todo muy cerca, playa, agencias de viaje, restaurantes, centro comercial, supermercados, servicio de Taxi.

Fantastic place in the heart of Laguito a popular tourist place. Overlooking the lake and a clear view of the ocean with a nice balcony to enjoy your morning coffee whilst watching the sunrise. Very well equipped apartment with everything you need for long stays including cleaning supplies. The hosts are very responsive with lots of information about things to do in the area. Well worth its 5 star rating and we will definitely be coming back!!!

Nuestra estadía en este apartamento fue simplemente espectacular. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy cómodos; el lugar estaba impecable, bien equipado y con una decoración encantadora. Lo que más disfrutamos fue la piscina y, sin duda, la vista impresionante que ofrece el apartamento, ¡es de postal! Además, el precio nos pareció excelente considerando todo lo que incluye. Realmente superó nuestras expectativas. Recomiendo este lugar al 100%, sin duda volveríamos. ¡Gracias por una experiencia tan agradable en Cartagena de Indias!

Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue clara, rápida y muy amable. El alojamiento superó mis expectativas: todo estaba impecablemente limpio, bien decorado y con todos los detalles pensados para hacer la estadía cómoda y acogedora. El condominio es bellísimo, las piscinas super limpias al igual que todo el lugar. Sin duda volvería. What a wonderful place to stay in the old city of Cartagena. The check in was easy and the doorman was very kind. The place makes you feel right at home and the building is quiet and beautiful. Great stay and highly recommended for others.

Excellent location, central and accessible to all key areas in Ctg. Apt is modern with plenty of restaurants and entertainment in walking distance. Directly across from one of the most relaxed beach areas. I will definitely be coming here to stay again.

Everything was great in the apartment. The apartment was very nice and exactly what we needed and expected. However, you do have to be conscious of noise levels in the apartment building due to neighbors. We enjoyed our stay. We also liked the convenience of being able to walk to the local stores to purchase items we needed and the convenience of walking to the restaurants. The restaurants were a very short walk up the street, with a few more options a little further up the street with an accessable pedestrian walkway that crosses to the other side of the roadway. At no time did we feel unsafe in the area, which was a concern before arriving. Would definitely consider staying here for future visits to Cartagena.

Diana is a great hostess! She is kind, polite, and responsive. Her condo is very clean and comfortable with great views of the ocean, beach, and walled city, and is perfectly located right across from the beach and a short walk from the historic center.

This place was so comfortable for our family of 4. We enjoyed the stunning view of the water. It was close to shops, all the wonderful restaurants, park nearby for morning walk or jog. We felt very safe there. The WiFi was excellent! We worked while we were there. Place was just 10-15 minute uber ride to the walled city. Alejandra was very helpful and responsive host. We would definitely come back!

Mi experiencia en el alojamiento fue excelente. Luzmy fue increíblemente amable, servicial y siempre atenta a todas nuestras necesidades, desde el primer momento hasta el final de nuestra estadía. Su respuesta fue siempre rápida y eficiente. El alojamiento es simplemente divino: tiene una vista espectacular, una piscina infinita hermosa y espacios de coworking con excelente conexión a internet, lo cual fue ideal para mi viaje de trabajo. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro, y el personal del edificio fue siempre cordial y atento. Me sentí muy segura durante toda la estadía. El hospedaje cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias (¡y más de lo que uno se imagina!). La cama era realmente cómoda y el diseño de cada espacio está pensado con mucho cuidado, tanto en lo visual como en la funcionalidad. We really enjoyed our stay at this location, was very close to the airport and very private. Everything was nice and matched the photos. And a plus point is that they allow baggage drop off for early flights. Also a big thank you to hosts as they were very responsive at all times. Keep it up. Would definitely recommend this place.

The hosts were extremely accommodating by helping me surprise my boyfriend with decorations for his birthday that he love. The place is just like the pictures and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. The pool is beautiful and supervised by security for added peace of mind. The location is central to all the main attractions. The host recommended several restaurants and very knowledgable. Dont hesitate and book this place now you wont be disappointed.

Great location and a well-equipped apartment – it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were also able to check in early, which was a big plus. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool on the 40th floor was not available, and another pool was closed after just two days. One downside was the loud music at the pool areas – guests brought their own speakers, and this was allowed by the management, which affected the relaxing atmosphere. Despite these issues, the apartment itself was great, and we enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding stay in Cartagena! Everything about this place was amazing — the view is breathtaking, the pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and check-in was super easy. Special shout-out to Sra. Luisa, who was incredibly kind and attentive. I actually forgot my phone and she chased me down in the lobby to return it — seriously, she went above and beyond! Also, María, the host, was fantastic — always quick to respond and very helpful with all our questions.
